Won’t allow me to answer calls or the call will drop. It will not connect

Have to get approved every two weeks

I have this app and I like it but every two weeks or so I have to get approved and sometimes it doesn’t approve me, it’s very frustrating because they don’t even give you a reason like I’m approved for in person visits but the at home visits I have to just keep checking to see if I’m approved all the time

Doesn’t work

I created an account, added my boyfriend and put money on the account and he is not able to see me in his contact list! I called the 800# and they weren’t any help. It’s been over a week and still haven’t been able to visit with my boyfriend.

Since update can’t login

The newest update will not allow me to log into the app. I can press register, and forgot password. But after i am able to type (VERY SLOWLY now) my username and password i am not able to press login. What am i supposed to do
