This app used to work well, but since having not been updated in 4 YEARS, it obviously hasn’t kept up with technology updates for the systems running it. Lately it has had a difficult time connecting with a server when on iPhone or iPad, and when/if ut does, it is randomly deactivated while running in the background without any notice. What good does that do? When running the version for computers, it never connects and just shows “error”.

Supposed to be free with AOL total advantage platinum plus
The service is supposed to be free and covered under my AOL total advantage platinum plus subscription, but it says my subscription has expired and wants me to pay for it. Why is that?

I have AOL Gold account with benefits. This app is supposed to be free but I can only activate if I pay for the app. Rip off!

I was surprised at how easy this was!
I’m not the most technical person and I was a little bit nervous about installing something on my phone and laptop -but I’ve already had my identity stolen twice and I know that wifi really isn’t safe and that I wanted to protect myself. This was so easy!! Very happy with the service!!

App not working I
I just added this app and I can’t get past the sign on screen. I put my email address like it ask. Then I get an error message saying that the password is invalid. I can’t get past this screen. I was never ask for a password. What is the fix for this issue?

Only displays horizontal on iPad
This app only displays horizontal on my iPad and does not rotate to display vertically which is very annoying. Please fix this and I will up my rating.
When call for info, got sold unrelated products by computer

When I open the mobile app and it asks for my email address...I enter it and hit submit then a box pops up and says the password is incorrect???

Got a new phone and am unable to reactivate service. Uninstalling and reinstalling did absolutely nothing. Waiting on customer service
