When my security team is helping me, they asked me to download this app

So I did and after this, I could not delete any this app or any other app on my phone so I don’t like this app, but it won’t come up in my App Store to update it

crashes EVERYTIME

This app crashes every time I start a remote session. After I tap the link and connect to a session the app will automatically quit itself.
