It doesn’t work

Don’t waste your time downloading this app. It won’t even pass the Facebook integration page.

Outstanding app

I am always on the go and this app is exactly what I have been looking for allows me to connect with clients in a speedy fashion before they shop somewhere else , clients have even commented on thanking us for responding so quickly,the customer service team is awesome , they are really behind their product -Alex

Lacking in features

Not only is the app slow, but it is strongly lacking in basic features and functionality, e.g. if I wanted to export a client list EXCLUDING some groups. Massively overpriced for what it is.

Not receiving FB lead notifications

I have had leads coming in and I am not getting notifications from the all or even seeing the leads in the app.

Need to Integrate a calendar feature.

Would be great if the leads that qualify can be integrated into your calendar app.

Not free anymore for basic functions

Used to be free, now you need to spend $45 a month for the same bulk feature that used to be free.

Just to clarify, Privyr still has a free version that offers instantly receiving and contacting unlimited leads. :) There's no limit to the number of leads you can receive and view on the free tier, as well as the number of lead sources you can connect. Your leads will always come in instantly and all details will be available. You can also call or message your leads from Privyr with auto-personalised Quick Responses, however on the free plan this functionality is limited to the most recent 10 leads you received, which is also applicable if you'd like to perform bulk actions. If you're always contacting new leads quickly while they're fresh, you won't see any limits even if you receive hundreds of leads per day. That said, if you're scaling your business and need unlimited access to all features and functionality of Privyr, we have affordable fixed-cost plans available. Loving the app, makes the follow ups to leads from my ad campaigns so much easier. Combines Instagram and Facebook leads and enables you to follow them up quickly with text and brochures etc. also great for tracking contact, notes to remember the customer and great follow up for date and time function to set calls to potential clients at certain times. Really recommend it, only cost about £17.50 but has been essential to the success of my leads turning to clients.

Been using for months

This app is awesome for getting Facebook lead form notifications and managing leads! It’s better than you think just buy it and thank me later 10 stars!
