Worst app I have ever used

Lousy interface, website constantly crashing, whatsapp campaigns is a pure scam. Please do not waste your money on their subscription and automation credits, go find other providers.

Effective solution for Leads management.

It’s really nice solution for managing leads and increasing conversions. Few features are not working as mentioned like adding new leads from WhatsApp conversation.

app can't sign into my account. email otp can't be received. why can't we use password?

also they recently increased their price which makes them less competitive with other better crm with more features.

Helpful app

Privyr really helps me a lot in the crm and reaching out to clients. But it would be a dream come true if we can attach image with the messages instead of having to go through the links

No funciona el enviador de códigos para verificación

Se baja y al pedir un correo para enviar el código, este código nunca llega a ningún correo que le ponga.

Lacking in features

Not only is the app slow, but it is strongly lacking in basic features and functionality, e.g. if I wanted to export a client list EXCLUDING some groups. Massively overpriced for what it is.

Disappointed with Customer Service & Lack of Improvements

I’ve been using this app two years ago and recently and there has been almost no real improvement despite providing feedback multiple times. Customer service is terrible—it takes more than a week to get a reply every time. I even paid for a yearly subscription twice, hoping for better features, but saving and updating contacts is still a manual and tedious process. Broadcasting is also not as seamless as it should be. Definitely not worth paying for when you still have to do so much work manually. Wouldn’t recommend wasting money.
