Great crm, horrible app
I love this crm on a browser but the app is terrible. Almost impossible to use due to being so slow and glitchy.
Actually considering other crm’s simply due to the fact that they have invested into building out real mobile apps that function properly.

Optimized poorly
It’s optimized pretty poorly. Great on desktop but very difficult to navigate and manage on mobile/ipad. iPad doesn’t even have a full size version it’s mobile sized. The app has a lot of features missing and just poor functionality. Crashes as well. Also, it wastes your telefony usage because it seems like every 10 calls you make, even if the other person is speaking you don’t hear them talking at all nor do you hear it ringing. Very broken app. Sometimes I handle my business on the go so I’m strongly considering switching to another dialer.

30 min delays
There is some massive delays on using the app on mobile. I enjoyed being able to see missed calls and messages if I happened to be away from my desk. It allowed me to quickly answer simple questions without having to jump on my laptop to do so.
A 30 min delay is terrible and needs to be fixed.

Way too laggy
Love my close on the computer. But the mobile app is too slow too often. I like dialing from my phone, saw close had a phone app so I bought in. Sadly it is honestly way too slow to use.
Why bother with iPad?
There’s no full screen capability on the iPad, it’s a glorified version of the iPhone (which I get is still iOS, but no other app struggles with that, including Slack which could still use the regular iOS window). Disappointing, could’ve been a really powerful tool.
