Why bother with iPad?
There’s no full screen capability on the iPad, it’s a glorified version of the iPhone (which I get is still iOS, but no other app struggles with that, including Slack which could still use the regular iOS window). Disappointing, could’ve been a really powerful tool.
App Glitches A Lot
I have been satisfied using this platform on my laptop or CPU as it runs flawlessly. But I work in the field and I always have to be on the go! Therefore, I tend to utilize it on my iPhone 15 Pro w/ 256GB. However, let me start by stating regardless of my network, it is super laggy and does not respond well. I have emailed Close support about many issues on the iOS platform.

Stopped working on iOS 16 after latest update

Mobile App Very Laggy
I have been using this app in my iPhone 15 Pro Max, for last few months and I have to say at first it was great….but nowadays it’s super laggy and does not function well causing me to miss out on my metrics. I would suggest their Dev Team to restructure update their UIE (User Interface Experience). Even they have a helpful support team, they are not responsive enough & are not fluent in fixing any issues at hand. PLEASE CLOSE BOSS UP & OWN UP!!! NOT EVERYONE HAS A LAPTOP TO LUGG AROUND!!

Calls glitchy
I really like close.com but their phone app skips whenever I make an outgoing call to the point it’s unusable. It’s really the only feature I need from mobile that just doesn’t work for me.
