TERRIBLE LIVESTREAMS
The only place international fans could watch the Golden Disc awards and the show was lagging the ENTIRE time. I know it wasn’t on my end because in the comments, people were complaining about the same thing. I missed my favorite group’s performances because I had to keep exiting the tab, reopening it, rewinding ten seconds and even that didn’t work sometimes so I had to keep refreshing the page

I used stable Wi-Fi and a strong personal internet connection, yet the stream was still lagging.
At the very least, your servers should not be this slow for an event of this scale.

Rigged system, shady tactics, and complete disrespect to users
Prizm is a complete disappointment. They clearly protect fraudulent voting, especially in the case of Kim Hye Yoon whose votes kept skyrocketing suspiciously. Meanwhile, Lee Hyeri’s votes were unfairly reduced without any explanation.
They put up ridiculous obstacles for honest voters — like captchas that a bot can solve in one second, but real users struggle with. It’s ironic and infuriating. Everything feels deliberately designed to discourage fair voting.
Worse, the app seems to exist just to force people to watch ads. The whole system looks rigged, with the winner pre-decided from the start.
