Signed up-Still can’t login
What the heck! I have signed up, created an account and the app says my login is wrong. So hit forgot password, never get an email to reset it.
Horrible app!!
I can’t view my saved items as it closes the app or starts acting up! Needs to be fixed!!

This is garbage lol. Don’t download. Their website is kind of bad too but the app takes the cake
App is worthless right now…
As others have stated, the app is annoying and doesn’t allow you to efficiently allow you to browse the items. Not worth downloading at this time unless you need to waste some time.
Glendale store nightmare
This is the worst LS store ever. Our salesman, Yussef lied to and misled us regarding timing of our delivery right from the beginning. He is the kind of person that gives all salespeople a bad name. I don’t say that lightly given I have been a professional salesman for 35 years. Now, after trying for weeks we cannot get anyone at this store to respond to us at all. I’m trying to cancel my order that I have been waiting on for almost 2 months and no one will respond. I have been a faithful customer of LS but after this experience i will never buy from them again. Going to The Dump to see if that are better at treating their customers. Sad

The scan/cart QR isn’t working
Tried to use the scan/cart QR code feature and it did not work.
App is terrible
Definitely needs some work, can’t click back without having to restart my search.
The Point of No Return
Frustrating to navigate. Search for an item, click and look at it, and when you “go back” you are returned to the home page! Start the entire search over!! There is NO RETURN to your previous search!!

No back button so whenever you’d like to go back it takes you to the home screen. Apple Pay doesn’t work; the app has an ad at the bottom to download the same app. Have not tried to use the app in store.

This app is just a web browser, literally a better experience to just open safari and go to the website

You browse tables, for example. Once you see one table and examine it you are thrown back to the opening page and have to start ALL OVER AGAIN...... Why the heck would it not go back to where you were in the oft chance that you might want to continue looking in that section!!!!!????
Page back takes all the way to the beginning
I click on a couch, hit the back button to look at a different one (crazy right?) and it takes me aaaaall the way back to the home page asking me if I want to scan a barcode, visit website, track order etc. This is exactly what all other reviewers are reporting. Deleting and shopping elsewhere.
Scam company
Ordered and paid a lot extra for the Prestige Down and received the Prestige Foam. Cheapest foam material ever, too. Scam company needs to replace my order.
Needs a lot of fixing
This app is good at showing merchandise, but it is really slow and needs more work in order for customers to enjoy the experience of shopping online.

The app functions as if it is simply linked to the website. Glitchy. Not all products listed. Asks for login (which is not necessary) every time you open app.

This app is SO glitchy. I keep trying to use it to shop, but continuously am disappointed. Although I choose my store’s location, it constantly changes. It changes screens without me even touching anything. I try to search and it enlarges the screen. I can’t even list everything. Please make more of a conscious effort to make this app great. PLEASE. I love Living Spaces and want to use it more.
And change the name to ‘Living Spaces’ (not ‘Pro Shopper’ - that’s just stupid) so we all can find it.

Please add a “back” button
No BACK arrow unless you want to go back to the same starting page every time. Previous page is not available. You have to start every search from the same entry point every time. Very tedious.
