Great app really help for your invoices I would like to recommend it to everyone you can’t imagine how it work
Pretty good for the price
There is a few glitches in the system sometimes it runs slowly and doesn’t show the correct amount owed on a customer home page

Last update my whole invoices disappeared!
Recently, I had to invoice my client, but when I opened the app, all my invoices had disappeared, along with my profile. I tried to use the live chat feature, but it was extremely difficult to navigate. I couldn’t even find an email to contact their support team.
I want my money back.
Please do not use this app. It’s a waste of money, unreliable, and has terrible customer service!

Perfect App!
My husband and I own a small mobile business. We are so happy with this app! It is perfect for our needs. It has all the right features without being overwhelming. It’s incredibly user friendly. The invoices are easy to customize and look great, wether printed or emailed. It’s helpful that they can be viewed all together or as paid/unpaid/overdue. The expenses are quick and easy to enter. The accounting reports are very helpful at a glance. The data syncs effortlessly between devices…iPad, iPhone, and MacBook. We set up a Stripe account and have successfully processed credit card payments. We started out the first few months paying monthly as a trial run…but quickly realized that this app is perfect for us! We paid for the yearly subscription. It’s a great deal! Also, customer service has been very helpful and quick to respond with any questions I’ve had.

I’ve literally tried every invoice app. You can think of on the App Store. This is probably the one that fits my needs the best. I’m very hopeful for this app and growing my business. I’m also looking forward to future updates and hopefully some enhancements. Thank you developer for making this app.

Disappointed
We love the desktop version. The mobile app has a lot of glitches & we’re disappointed because we use it on the go often. The query doesn’t find customers & the estimates tab doesn’t show the name of the customer. Everything is guess work. I hope a new & updated mobile version is available soon.

I’ve owned this app for about 8 years now, I paid upfront for lifetime subscription which at the time was a bit of a gamble as I didn’t know much about the app. I have to say I’ve got nothing but good to say about the working of this app. It has turned my business around. The one time I had a problem when there was an update I received direct correspondence from the owner! First class 10/10 Edit…it’s now been about 10 years and still the only app I use for all invoices and estimates for my landscaping business.

This last update deleted my entire customer database
I wish I could have less than one star. What kind of trash book keeping software would delete customer info when forced to update?!?

Pro Books makes invoicing my clients a breeze, they pretty much do the work for you. You just put the information in the proper area and when you preview it it’s all put together!

Great app for business and billing. Especially keeping track of things with the instant sync from phone to computer. Customer service is always quick and solves all my problems (The few I have had) other than that I love it. Wish they would add in payments section zelle,Venmo,cash app as quick options. Overall 5 star.

Worst customer service ever.
If your looking for something to help you with your business with basic features and no customer service support then this is for you! It has so much potential and I really wish I could keep it because the base is there, it’s just lacking a couple features and one of the most important feature… Support! There is none! So I suggest you try another app. I’ve request help about 6 times and was responded to twice with suggested temporary work arounds while they “look into it” …. It’s been a year and nothing and no responses at all.

Great Customer Service
I just purchased the program and was having “user error” problems. Customer service, I wish I knew the persons name, was EXTREMELY patient with me and walked me through what needed to get done until I was successful. Very personable. I am looking forward to using the software app!
Billing
Be nice if the billing could be changed a little so I can use it for my Automotive shop bill repairs line added a few lines like make, model, year, vin number. License plate No.

ProBooks is a great tool that makes it simple to send invoices and keep track of payments. The user interface is very professional and allows you to customize the look of your invoice. I highly recommend this application for any business owner that is looking for a simple way to send invoices and receive payments quickly.
