Can you please make it so that it doesn’t log me out randomly every 10 or so days they make me log back in or at least give me Face ID or a pin code I can put in to get past having to login every single time please.

either stop making me sign in every week, enable face id to sign in, or require the passwords to be less complicated! i’m about to buy a different smart lightbulb bc this is the MOST annoying app i’ve ever had. do better.

Smart thermostat

Very glitchy. Won’t update firmware even with solid Bluetooth and 2.4 WiFi. Sick of resetting it to try resolve that and remote thermostat issues. Sure they imported these to piss off us purchasers
