Bad app
App not reliably functional. I set timers and now I can’t even disable them without the app erroring out.
Please fix this app
Can you please make it so that it doesn’t log me out randomly every 10 or so days they make me log back in or at least give me Face ID or a pin code I can put in to get past having to login every single time please.
Timer funktion in app
The timer keeps crashing. / freezing!! Cant make new timers or chance the timers ? Very irritating ,,,
STOP MAKING ME SIGN IN
either stop making me sign in every week, enable face id to sign in, or require the passwords to be less complicated! i’m about to buy a different smart lightbulb bc this is the MOST annoying app i’ve ever had. do better.
Smart thermostat
Very glitchy. Won’t update firmware even with solid Bluetooth and 2.4 WiFi. Sick of resetting it to try resolve that and remote thermostat issues. Sure they imported these to piss off us purchasers
Should have read reviews first
IMO, The only thing worse than using an app that needs internet connectivity instead of LAN is an internet app that can’t use iPhone stored password and has a time out making you remember your password again.
Connection Nightmare
The app is horrible. The sensor won’t connect to my Bluetooth but apparently keeps connecting to some random neighbor who keeps messaging on here to F off because the unit is his. Complete and utter nightmare.
Connect to WiFi and update firmware on device for best results
I initially had a lot of issues with the app and my thermostat using Bluetooth connection only. Connecting the thermostat through WiFi prompted a firmware update for the thermostat which resolved the issues I was noticing.
Cannot Adjust Thermostat Temperature in App
Anytime I try to adjust the thermostat temperature in the app, it drops the temperature setting to 45F and can only adjust to 45F or 46F, making the most important function of the smart thermostat app useless. More attention to the functionality of the app needs to be addressed by the maker of this smart thermostat.

Terrible
I bought two fans for my dorm (the fans work great) I used the app for them and after 5 minutes of use on the app it no longer works. I can’t do anything on the app at all
Light
This light is okay but the app doesn't work most of the time. Shouldn't need to log in every time you go to turn on a light in your house. Amazon said this is Alexa compatible. This has never connected. Said it needs to update but will never update 100% goes to about 58% and then gives an error.
At this time I would not purchase again.

The app is not working properly, half if the time I can’t get it switched to anything..
Doesn’t work properly
I bought the lights but it’s incredibly difficult to use them. They constantly disconnect and I bought 6 of them for my living room. I thought I’d be easily able to batch control them but it’s so difficult. Also it keeps asking me to update filmwear and reconnect my lights.. The app definitely needs an update.

Constant Agora Configuration Error
This App is TERRIBLE. It doesn’t connect to my Camera after a month. It now says, Agora Configuration Error. Even when I reboot my cell phone, nothing. The Error continues.

Terrible App. Constantly drops Bluetooth and have to try to re-pair device....which often doesn't work. Don't buy this humidifier if the smart features are important to you.
Please Fix This App
The app has many glitches and problems with its main function of connectivity. I have it for my phone and tablet and it initially took a minute to download the new firmware needed to get it connected to the air purifier device. Also now it is running into an issue wheee the device doesn’t show up to control it on the Home Menu in the app. Overall, the app needs major updates to fix these bugs and issues with connectivity and updates which is what led it to have only one star for the review.

Doesn’t work
I wrote to support and they sent a video but the app doesn’t do ANYTHING like the video shows. I’m unable to control the humidifier I purchased.
Bad UI
Can’t figure out how to group light fixtures together for one button activation. No instructions. Overly complicated.
