Despite the company answering below that only transfers to Russia are unavailable, there isn’t a single country available on my app to transfer to.

If your payment gets stuck it stuck for weeks and months

Extremely poor customer service very disappointing my money is stuck for past 3 weeks and customer service wants a bank statement is this month when the month has not even ended they live in the past

Doesn't work anymore

Doesn't work for UK residents with Russian nationality.
You get onboarded but there's nothing you can do in the app, not one pair of currencies works for remittance.

Other apps managed to solve this somehow, Profee remains the only one who has problems with this combination.

Conversion rate rip off

It would have been a great app if not for a spread on currency conversion. The effective fees are around 10%

This would have been a great app except for the constant never ending KYC checks. KYC is super important and I would agree that customers need to be re-KYC’ed every few months. They subject customers to almost monthly KYC checks and while they are doing that, they block the accounts. They do not answer questions as to whether a customer performed any suspicious activity or if there is any reason for these checks. They keep calling them “random” but there is nothing random in being subject to regular KYC checks every month. This creates a super poor customer experience. This paired with their lack of responses to direct questions makes customer experience truly horrible. The head of customer service, Valentina, while occasionally is able to provide some responses, still does not offer any explanations as to why a customer is constantly being checked for no reasons.
Shame. The regulated financial app should do better.

Total time waste

Doesn’t work at all tried multiple times to transfer neither accepts debit card of the recipient nor mobile wallet and fails the transaction everytime - can’t they simply use bank account to transfer to recipients as normal - totally pathetic!!

Terrible

Impossible to rely on. They close account or open it when and how they want. The support is terrible, as they have no information about your other messages. So, every time you comment on issue you talk to a different person, they all run things in parallel and that’s a mess
