Once connected, their session data from supported SweetWater Health apps will appear in your dashboard for easy review. The Professional HRV dashboard provides a centralized view of session activity from apps such as SweetBeat HRV, Metabolic Harmony, DailyBeat, PrimalBeat, Recover Faster, and NatureBeat. This allows you to stay informed on trends and engagement across your group without requiring direct device interaction. Instead, it presents session information generated by connected SweetWater Health apps in a clear and convenient format for viewing and analysis.
