Progress now works with Siri. Say "Log my weight in Progress" and it's saved before you've even opened the app. You can ask Siri to show your progress or add an entry too, and it all works from the Shortcuts app as well. Olá, Brasil! Progress is now available in Brazilian Portuguese. Measurements now follow your region's number format. If your part of the world writes 75,5 rather than 75.5, that's what you'll see. The This Week view now starts on your device's first day of the week, and the "it's been a while" note on your goal card waits a little longer before giving you a nudge. Plus a few small fixes to keep everything running smoothly. Thanks as always, Your Team @ Progress

I have been happily using this app for YEARS to track my progress after 150 pound weight loss. I opened it for the first time in a while today to now be told I can only track 5 things and I lost all the data points of my progress since 2019. That sucks so much. Terrible customer service to give no warning or option to even see my previous tracking.

Great measurement options!

I decided to track my weight loss by focusing on inches lost. This app has user friendly options for doing just that. Set what measurements you want to keep track of and set a weekly reminder to take those measurements. I love the data report it keeps for this. It’s easy to see where you currently are and how far you’ve come by scrolling through the history!

Disappointed

The app works fine, but they made some options I’ve been using for years only available for paying customers. So for their greed they get one star. Don’t be lazy and cheap and remove options for the free people. Be smart and creative and come up with new exciting options to make people want to pay for premium options.

This app removed features I already had access to and put them behind a paywall. I previously tracked all four limbs separately (right and left arms and legs) — now it’s limited to one entry per limb unless you pay. Nothing new was added to justify the cost. This is a straight downgrade dressed up as a premium feature. I won’t be paying for access to something I already had

Another helpful tool

I was hesitant about why it was important to take progress photos..mainly just keeping track of them. But this app makes it easy for me to keep track of my progress all in one place :) And it helps keep my motivated to see the side my side comparisons of my fat loss journey 🙌🏽
