The app is great. The HVAC temperature setting sometimes lags or has to be checked to ensure it actually worked

App hardly ever works

Every time the app is opened it just shows a background and then crashes after 10 seconds. Once in a blue moon it’ll work and then it’s nice. But most of the time you’re not getting in.

Not able to log in

I have lived in my home going on 4 years but have not been able to log in for around 6 months. Cannot get any help with fixing the issue.

Needs Immediate Attention

The app kicked me out and then it wouldn’t allow me to login again. It changed my password and won’t allow me to receive a password reset email. This sucks and is costing me money. Please fix immediately.
