Surprisingly Simple
Let me be clear โ I am not a fan of Tricon. For many reasons. The app, though, is outstanding.
Great convenience for tenants
I love the upgraded app! Easy to pay rents, submit maintenance tickets, adjust my thermostat and lock/unlock the electronic door lock. I can even set and cancel pin/access codes. One feature itโs missing is the ability to contact the landlord/property manager via email or chat.

Great company
I havenโt had to call but one time and Tricon addressed the issue immediately.
Doesnโt work
Iโve notified them several times that the app does not work for me and nothing has been done. Every time I log in I get a message saying thereโs an outage.
Ledger
Should be able to give more detail about lease and payment adjustments.
