Backyard hasn’t been cut in over 2 weeks even though in my profile it says entire property. Was assigned a new pro to come fix it the very next day. Pro didn’t even show up. Never again.
Complete waste of time
Was pretty excited at the ease of setting this up at first, but things went quickly downhill. I scheduled our first service 2 weeks in advance, but the pro cancelled on 7pm the day it was supposed to be mowed, and rescheduled for almost 2 weeks later. We are in another state listing our house for sale, so now have to scramble to find another company so our yard doesn’t look like trash when it goes on the market.

Incredibly shady company that would not refund for significant damage caused by careless “pros”
Consistently unreliable
The app and concept is fine, but 90% of the contractors they let on the platform are unreliable and unprofessional. Already had to switch “pros” 4 times in the matter of 2 months because of no shows/no communication. We’ve only had our grass cut 2 times when it should have been 4 by now. The only solution the company gives is to “assign to a new pro” further delaying the service with no accountability

Whatever the quote is, add $100. They have all kinds of twisted things they keep repeating to you.
They are not transparent with their fees. They won’t give you an itemized bill until after they have taken it. Skip this company. They charge you more than they say anyway.
