Customers Beware-
This company has failed to reimburse for property damage caused by their so called “pro”, clearly caught on our Ring cameras. Their claim process is a huge waste of time, management refuses to speak to customer, causing a web of frustrating emails that get nowhere. We have discontinued service & are being forced to take legal actions.

Consistently inconsistent
We have had 3 services so far, each with its own issues from not cutting the entire yard (never asked where our property ended, just made an assumption) not weeding and trimming, consistent with 2/3 services despite it supposedly being part of the service, left without completing the service due to a family emergency (had to message him to come back and finish the next day) to the last service where he never showed up due to inclement weather when there was no rain in the forecast. Later mentioned he ran out of time. We ended up cutting our own grass at that time. Rescheduled for another day but still had to follow up multiple times to see if he was going to show, told me he was already in the area that morning and asked if we could do another day. Not sure why he didn’t stop and check when he was in the area instead of relying on communication through the app. Finally came back later that day. The service was good but trying to set a schedule was problematic. Overall, this service is not well run and communication is poor. You’d be better off finding an individual service instead of this company where they bid the jobs out to anyone who wants it.

Should have read reviews first!
I have not even had my lawn mowed yet and already suspicious of it! I was suppose to get my first mow today and he never showed up. I message him and he said he has to reschedule till Saturday and now I can’t even log into the app and I locked my card because now I’m nervous about unexpected charges.

Nothing pro about it
The people they send out are horrible with no integrity. They don’t finish the job and if you’re lucky they at least did that, you will find they cut corners along the way. Just find someone local yourself.

Very unprofessional experience.
First appointment on 7/19 was 90 minutes late and then refused service because grass was too long. Rescheduled to 7/20 at 4pm, no one showed. After waiting 4+ hours I was told it would be done before nightfall, but it never was. Terrible communication and five wasted days, from the day I called to the day I’m writing this. Would not use again.

Very frustrating
Numerous no-shows, poor support, and overpriced services. This is the only negative review I’ve written but hopefully it will help save others from wasting their time and money.

I’d give this app a 0 if I could. Good look finding a Pro. And if you do, good luck getting them to stick around. Honestly, it’s exhausting. Just go directly to a mowing company. They’ll get paid better that way anyways.

I always get excellent service for my lawn care - lawn looks great, all trimmed and neat. My service requests and questions are answered quickly. They keep their appointments as scheduled. Very professional. Thank you!
They Never Showed Up - Better Prices in Other Apps
App advertises itself as reliable. My professional kept rescheduling and asked me to explain to the company why he was having to reschedule. First time rescheduling was legitimate. The second was not. Then he just didn’t show up or message me for the third day we had agreed to. Canceled before they could get any of my money and am trying Lawn Guru - they’ve got better prices, so already off to a better start.

First guy only mowed the front lawn and second one keeps cancelling. Might as well do it myself!
Not great so far
I placed an order last week Monday or Tuesday for a Wednesday cutting and this seemed like a great app. They don’t tell you when someone is coming, you just have to wait all day. Then they satellite imaged my yard wrong and the guy brought a push mower for an acre yard. He put in the notes that it was a bigger yard. They changed my schedule date to Friday and change my pro. No one shows up. They reschedule to Saturday and they show up determine my yard is extra long and want to charge me $300 and I have to reschedule again. If they ever show my yard will be a jungle :(

This app is garbage, been rescheduled 3 times with 3 different “pro providers” because no one shows up to mow my lawn when scheduled. They don’t message you back and it’s far from convenient. Don’t recommend, you’ll end up having to still do the leg work of finding lawn care and support does nothing.

DO NOT USE THIS APP
Biggest waste of time I’ve ever had to deal with. This app is a third party, so they go and look for landscapers and hire them to cut your property. I went through three landscapers with no work ever being performed and all customer support would say is “We’re looking for a new pro for you” followed by severely noticeable A.I responses. Go on Facebook, ask around, do whatever you feel comfortable but this app is absolutely not the way to go. You’ll see positive reviews but those are the lucky bunch. The majority, which will most likely be you if you download this app, will get the work around and their time wasted. TLDR DO NOT DOWNLOAD - WASTE OF TIME AND NO WORK PERFORMED (also if the developer responds notice how A.I it is. It’ll touch on all points that you’ve made and try to comfort you with zero solutions.)

I was scheduled for Monday July 14 and then it was rescheduled multiple times without any form of communication from the Pro. This pro is unresponsive, does not communicate and changes scheduling without notice. If this is the pro set to service your lawn. CHANGE THE PRO!!
