Take your app off the store if you’re no longer operating yet still accepting jobs. There is zero, literally zero active customer support lines. You need to SHUT DOWN NOW

You guys used to be great, but the last 6 months have been terrible. Always delayed service and now with the new chat, nobody’s responding and getting back with me.
Scam
They take your money and do not complete service. No cancelation button as an option. No service support or call. I used to use this company, but now it seems it may just be a shell collecting money without service. DO NOT USE unless you like losing money and not getting service.
The worst
I requested a service and got no response for days and when I messaged them their AI bot told me I’d be contacted by a live member of their team multiple times but it didn’t happen
Poor Treatment of Contractors Hurts Customers Too
As a contractor who completed work through this platform, I can’t recommend Plowz & Mowz. In my experience, payments were repeatedly delayed, communication was poor, and I was given inaccurate information about when I would be be paid. When contractors aren’t paid on time, many stop accepting jobs or leave the platform altogether.
