Scam
Requested a service and paid. Nothing was ever done. Reached out multiple times and it’s an AI bot that says someone will contact you. Had to do cc chargeback

No support
The app is severely outdated and requires you to talk to people to make changes to services. The problem is that it’s run by like three people with no dedicated support staff. This is especially problematic when they charge you $8000 out of nowhere and there’s nobody to answer what the heck they’re doing. Do not give them your debit card. Unserious company.

Not Trustworthy
The service started great, but as the weekly service progressed it went downhill to point where they claimed to complete a job they never did, using pictures from a previous job. What a scam!!!

Zero customer service SCAM!
I booked a lawn mow over a week ago. They took my $84 and never sent anyone to do my lawn. I’ve reached out on the phone and chat features and you never get to talk to a real person. This is a SCAM! Do not use this service! They take your money but no one takes care of your service and you never get to talk to a real person! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP OR ATTEMPT TO USE UNLESS YOU WANT TO JUST THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!
