Good app - constantly improving
This app is by no means perfect but they seem to be constantly updating and adding features. The punch feature works well and allows me to streamline my morning routine.
I’ve requested time off and applied Vacation via the app and everything worked perfectly.
It does what it supposed to and they add improvements frequently.

Not reliable
Have a lot of trouble getting in. Or once I’m in I can’t sign in. Never consistent
Horrible
Slow to send reset and username request emails. Flags your answers to security questions as invalid and closes account for 15 minutes Everytime unnecessarily. Horrible interface.

Can’t use ready pay feature
Has not added my pay so that I can use ready pay, as I do weekly. Likely because the date on the app is set to Thursday, before I worked my hours, rather than today, Sunday. Annoying and inconvenient.
Clock in and out is hit or miss
Geez. It won’t let you clock in or clock out half the time. Wish my company would go back to PayCom. This app must have been cheaper. You get what you pay for.
Transfer Money
I never had this problem before with ProLiant with transferring money. But now I do. I had about $200 in there and I tried to transfer it and so far it hasn’t come through. I’ve waited for a few hours and still nothing in my account. I worked really hard for my money and I can’t have anyone stealing my money from me. Fix this.

Doesn’t login at all even after trying multiple times.
Super unreliable
The most unreliable punch in app I’ve ever used, rarely ever logs my hours and constantly glitches to where my punches don’t count

Useless
Can’t sign in because it doesn’t recognize me for the password recovery section, but it recognizes me for username recovery. I guess I’m not getting my tax return anytime soon.
Can’t even get logged into it. Just downloaded it and I’m on the brand new version.

It’s a reliable practical app. I know my company really likes Proliant service and I use this all the time. New version was a major upgrade. Negative reviews were likely on the previous version.
No longer able to clock in or out
Just completed the most recent update and have a blank screen on the time and labor clock in and out page. Not the first time this has happened with an “update”. Frustrating.
No Longer Functional on iOS 16
The time clock screen no longer loads on iPhone 8 which still runs iOS 16. This also affects the mobile website on iOS 16 on Safari and other browsers, rendering Proliant unusable on mobile all together.
App malfunction
The app was working fine but a couple days ago it stopped letting me clock in or out. the page is just blank, no matter if i restart my phone, undownload it, check my wifi. it simply doesn’t show up and it’s inconvenient. I left an email no response and I tried calling and “no representative is available to answer your call” after being on standby for 15 min. If there’s work being done to the app, there should at least be a notice. Tried to call customer service and no one picks up, useless.

Great App!
This app has recently received a major upgrade and that has made it very easy to use. From requesting time off, viewing pay history, as well as updating my own personal information this app has it all!

Has all the functionality an Employee needs right in the palm of my hand. Easy to use and especially nice to get access to my pay information and even my actual pay

The app for this payroll company continues to improve. I used to prefer logging in from my computer but this is now a great alternative!
