Promedica on Demand is a Godsend! Saves me time and money. It’s so convenient to refill medication when I can’t get into my doctor and going to Urgent Care is so much more expensive. The Doctors are friendly and very knowledgeable.

Very professional and fast. Took the time to ask specific questions about my medical history to be able to give patient specific care and recommendations.

Waste of Time
Would have been great if it worked. Instead, I spent over an hour signing up, giving permissions and linking to my ProMedica account for nothing. I selected a doctor and got put in the queue. When it was finally my turn, I got a message from somebody and the program crashed. after that, I signed back on, went back to the same doctor and it kept telling me I was next. I finally just gave up and disconnected. I’ve never heard anything from anybody.

Easy and quick
Dr Chandler was personable and professional. If I had known it was this easy and quick to use, I would have used these services before. Sometimes it’s impossible to get in to see a doctor at their office, and urgent care has long waits at times. Plus, for some sicknesses, it’s difficult to leave your house.

Excellent App!
Very smooth experience. App allows you to choose any available physician on the app or select specifically which one you want. Shows your place in line when choosing a physician. As good as online healthcare gets.
Excellent! My college student age children use often!
This app has saved us on vacations! A quick call and we’ve got what we need! My college student age children are away from home and our regular pcp. They can use this from their dorms and really saves time AND they get what they need with minimal hassle. A must have for college students and parents! Thanks, ProMedica!!

Amazing!
Super quick & extremely helpful for last-minute visits that are non-emergent. Was everything I was looking for without the hassle of driving to an urgent care for something that can be discussed and cared for via telehealth. Highly recommend the use of this app.

Professional and Pleasant
Super easy. The visit took only minutes after the physician reviewed the pictures I was able to take and upload, and very pleasant to talk to.

Entered app then it quit responding to my input. Looked for number or site to get help. There was none.

I'm pleasantly impressed every time I have needed to use ProMedica ondemand. Every physician has been kind, and extremely helpful. They offer some patient education during the visit and can actually provide a diagnosis for common ailments which I would've had to go to an urgent care to receive. They always call-in my prescription right away. I'm very grateful for this top-notch service.

Promedica OnDemand needs work
Though it is a great idea, this app still needs work.
After spending about thirty minutes entering data, it presented a screen without a continue button. Just a single checkbox that I checked, unchecked, checked again, went to the previous screen, tapped continue from that previous screen. All I get is the checkbox without the continue button.

Great visit!
Very easy to use. Quick wait and visit. What a better way to see a Dr for a non-critical visit!!
Solid solution!
Nobody likes going to the doctor and waiting 30 min for a 5 min visit. You lose a solid 1-2 hours of your day. This was super quick, had a 2 minute wait, and got the prescription called in. A modern day solution to an old system. I’m a big fan! It’s not for everything, but I can see how this will save us a lot of visits for the kids for small things and even for us as adults when we know the issue and just need a prescription! And, the cost is cheaper than an office visit for us as well!

Healthcare breakthrough!!
I just used the ProMedica OnDemand app and it was so wonderful!! I wasn’t feeling well for a couple of days… But now it’s Saturday and I’m feeling so much worse and my doctor is not available…besides who wants to go out when you’re feeling so sick? I found a local ProMedica Doctor available online who was able to send in a prescription to help me right away! Worth every penny to start feeling better TODAY! Thank you!!
