Too easy!
I knew I needed to go to the doctor… But I am soooo sick- it was just too much to get a shower, get dressed, drive and then sit and wait for God knows how long to be seen because I wasn’t dying. My husband suggested a virtual doctors visit. I didn’t have to get a shower, I didn’t have to get dressed, I didn’t have to drive someplace when I didn’t feel like even moving. The doctor listened to all of my concerns and addressed them immediately. Why have I never done this before!? The doctor was absolutely fantastic and she knew exactly what I needed!

So convenient & affordable
I absolutely love this service. I have chronic conditions that are such a pain to either A) travel to and take time for an appointment or B) find a fast appointment in general. This solves both of those issues. I avoid expensive urgent care costs or long waits for my PCP- this is even cheaper than an office visit. Can't recommend it enough. Every provider I've had has been really helpful.

Attentive and caring Dr Karim
I had called my doctors office three times today hoping that someone will call me back and help me get a prescription for an antiviral. Eventually at 5:30 tonight someone snuck into my voicemail and let me know that I could have an appointment tomorrow at 8:40 in the morning . I didn’t want to wait until tomorrow to begin an antiviral regiment because time is of the essence. Having an appointment this evening was so much better than having to wait until tomorrow. Not helpful when I can’t get a decent doctor
I started with one psychiatrist and didn’t feel like I was getting true help so I made a request to switch, I was told I had been approved to switch but my new psychiatrist appointment was canceled and I was automatically rescheduled with my old one. I called several numbers and was told several times I should be able to switch yet the last 6 appointments I’ve made have been canceled. I was abruptly taken off medication that was supposed to be slowly removed and monitored by a doctor but I have no doctor yet can’t schedule with a doctor. This is a horrible system that clearly needs to be reworked

Excellent
This is my second visit and I had the best experience twice now. Great physician, great service. A much better alternative to driving to be seen, then sitting in a busy office full of people, then waiting to be seen in the back. Then having to drive home, dropping off a script on the way, then driving back to the pharmacy to pick it up. I love it.
