Poorly designed or intentionally formatted to prevent negative ratings
This app is either poorly designed for Apple products or it is intentionally formatted to prevent negative ratings after use. When you select 1 or 2 stars to rate a call/usage, it drops down a menu to select what was wrong but then you are unable to submit it because the submit button is no longer on screen and the page does not scroll.

No more call only
I used to love you app, but now I can’t make just a phone call and families are less apt to answer if it is a video call. Why did you take this option away?
Call only
Please bring back the option to call only. Working in a school it isn’t always possible to do video, plus it pulls too much bandwidth and building has horrible cell reception.

Love the new updates
Love the new options in the app! It lets me customize the services available to me & take on demand interpreters and add them to virtual meetings!
After 30 seconds screen goes black and that cuts microphone so there is no interpretation
Why you make your app less user friendly with every update?
Frustrated
The app only allows me to do video calls now instead of telephone calls which can be quite inconvenient in a pinch when I would rather connect with a phone interpreter more quickly.
