Server sind seit Monaten nicht mehr erreichbar.
Dadurch wird der der 100€ Staubsauger quasi zum Elektro Schrott gemacht obwohl er vielleicht noch geht. Aber ohne App Steuerung und ohne Kontrolle Sinnlos.

Es wäre schön wenn man mal in die app reinkommen könnte,steht aber ständig nur Server Verbindung unterbrochen,versuche es später nochmal 😮💨

Privacy Risky - asking location to add
Keeps giving error at login screen - “Connect to server timed out. Please try again later”
Entering wrong password does give error of wrong password, and for correct password above error..so can’t even use the app now.
Had added it previously however after wifi password change required re-adding the device. However for NOT VALID reason app requires giving location permissions without which you can’t add the device. There is 0 need to make location sharing mandatory to add a smart device, it’s my device and I don’t want to share my location with the app just to add it to app. The app & maybe company is also Chinese. So beware when these smart devices start asking your home location for NO GOOD reason (or in disguise of wifi accuracy which is farce since we users don’t want any accuracy when wifi and password is shared to further risk sharing location where the device is)

Man kommt nicht in die App rein!!!
Ich kann mich nicht bei der App anmelden! Ständig wird mir angezeigt „Verbindung wegen zeitübwrschrwitung unterbrochen“ was soll das????

Acquistato qualche tempo fa il proscenio m6 pro, comandavo dal telefono e facevo partire l’aspirapolvere da remoto per trovare la casa pulita o potevo scegliere che stanza pulire tramite app, poi all’improvviso non è più funzionato nulla, in risposta dalla casa madre mi hanno scritto che il servizio è scaduto e quindi ho perso ogni possibilità di gestione dal telefono in remoto e da casa, consiglio di evitare di spendere soldi per questi prodotti e passare alla concorrenza!!!!

kein Login mehr möglich
seit längerer Zeit kann man sich nicht mehr einloggen, vermutlich wurden die Server abgeschaltet, weil es für die neueren Modelle eine neue App gibt (haben einen älteren und einen recht neuen Proscenic Saugroboter), nun kann man den älteren Saugroboter nur noch manuell starten, ganz schwach von Proscenic…
