App works amazing
I got the person Q8 recently and the app worked great robot vacuum paired it up instantly and haven’t had a single problem with it. Other than when my Wi-Fi decided to blacklist the app so I had to use my cellular but app and a good product

Don’t waste your time.
Ads take over the app. Stay away from this product.
This product takes management but you can’t log on to manage it due to obtrusive ads that crash the app. The iPad app sucks. Plz avoid the mistake I made and stay away from this product

Nice vacuum. It cleans well by vacuuming and mopping. Learns new areas. Isn’t too loud. We have two cats and it took me a while to realize that you have to empty and clean it frequently

Bought a A8 air purifier a few years ago and then 3 months later I couldn’t get a replacement hepa filter for it and I also bought a humidifier 808C and it is very difficult for refilling and cleaning up. I do not recommend anything from Proscenic
I want to use my robot not buy more
Why at this time of year when I am trying to get my home ready for visitors I am not able to use the app to program my robot vacuum cleaner. All I am getting is sales pages. I want to use my vacuum cleaner not buy more. It also makes me not want to buy anything more from Proscenic 😱

Vacuums well mopping not as good as a proper mop but I still love it for a daily clean so I can get on with other things

We have been pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of this robot vacuum cleaner. It’s our second one and this one is much better I especially appreciate the map of where it cleaned and how it can hop onto and off most of our floor mats without getting stuck!

Tengo un robot Q8 desde hace unos meses. Mejor que cualquier otro que haya tenido de marcas “premium”, tanto el aspirado, la app y los mapas. Acabo de comprar un P16 hace pocos días. De momento mejor que el D***n al que sustituye. Muy recomendables!
Pessimo
Ho dovuto per forza aggiornare la versione Proscenic home a questa. Già con quella precedente perdeva l’associazione al mio M7 pro un giorno si e l’altro pure, facendo mille tentativi per riconnetterlo all’app. Con questa non si connette proprio, nonostante la rete sia esclusivamente 2,4G. Il servizio clienti mi dice di riscaricare l’app vecchia che ovviamente non è più disponibile e comunque funzionava male. Assurdo avere un robot che funziona solo in manuale, con quello che costa! NON COMPRATE PROSCENIC!

X Robot Q8 update
L’applicazione è ben fatta , il collegamento con il Q8 semplice una volta impostato il Wi-Fi . Poi ti permette di gestire completamente le pulizie e la mappatura della casa precisa e di una comodità incredibile , stabile app mi sembra ottima grazie

Tyou need a PhD to be able to setup the wireless connection. Horrible and unfriendly. Windows and windows to open for nothing. Don’t buy their robots.
