Reported problem however their customer support does not respond 5X.
Consistent crash
If you don’t sign up with their subscription, the app crashes immediately and brings you back to the introduction screen.
Scam!!!
They'll take your money but that's the last you'll hear from them. The scanner feature doesn't work! So you can't even use the app! Customer service & support never returned a text or call.

Doesn’t prove anything
The app is almost completely non-functional. I went by reviews and subscribed before I actually started using it. Waste of my time trying to make it work. The app locks up every time you try to scan something and the database is completely empty.
Worked until it stopped
It worked well for 11months of my 12 month subscription and then stopped working. Doesn’t search with a manual search and couldn’t find any matches on photos even with products it used to find. Customer support has ignored multiple messages so I was forced to cancel my subscription renewal.
App Crashes
When you’re asking to pay for subscription; the expectation should be app works. But the app keeps on crashing and very slow. Do better!
Total rip off
Paid $70 for the yearly subscription. Not one single supplement I scanned was found. I hope I cancelled it in time, otherwise I’m out $70. Don’t waste your time.
Do Not Use
This developer has multiple other apps (Eden, Nori) in this prove it app I paid for it but then they offer a wellness bundle inside this prove it app for 29.99 which I paid and was supposed to give me access to Nori & eden app to scan food & eden is to scan lotions & beauty products. The other two apps ended up charging me full price for both app which was about $50 each. I contacted support and they said to ask apple for a refund & it was our fault because the promotion didn't work as advertised. apple said NO twice. Now the developer ghosted me and I paid for both app + the 29.99 for the wellness bundle which never worked as they promoted. This developer doesn't care cause they have multiple apps in this app store making so much money. Sowhen you have a problem they simple won't care. So don't fall in this trap DON'T pay for any of their in app promotions buy another food scanning app.

I have been charged 39.99 for months and could not understand. After some research found it was this of which I did not subscribe and I cant even us the app. It does not work at all. Stay away be careful
