Sucks

It’s deceptively easy to use in the ads. In reality, it’s difficult to navigate; scans often don’t get added to your substack; not all supplements make it to their database, so the search process enters a loop; once a supplement is found and selected, it cannot be deleted from the substack. I signed up for both Prove It Pro and the Healthy Living Bundle. $59.98 down the drain.

Idea

Excellent option

Issues

I’m frustrated that every time I had to sign in, and whenever I want to sign in, it’s very slow, it’s such a user non-friendly, and when I rate any product, it’s too, Yuka by far is better!
i’m not doubting the science behind it, but it’s so inefficient!!
Please fix it and make it work better and faster!

Not sure

Why are you asking for a review when I just barely downloaded the app?

Hansel

I don’t usually write reviews, but I started taking supplements a little over a year ago cuz everyone was telling me to take creatine and have spent thousands trying different brands since then. Prove it is the first time I can actually trust the supplements I’m taking and that they actually work together. The only thing I will say is that I don’t think some of the rankings are super accurate, but I’m super happy with the scans and the stack regardless

Deceptive Subscription

I’m very unhappy. I downloaded the app and 12 months later, they deducted £99.99 from my account. It was not clear at outset I was signing up. Stay well clear of this app. It’s a con.

Not what I’m looking for.

I wanted third-party testing. I want a review of what’s actually in my supplements. From lab results. Not the label. I can read the label myself. I have seen a lot of third-party testing finding micro plastics PFA‘s and three times a dosage. Or advertised dosage being considerably less. This app just gives you what’s already on the label. Breaks it down in a more scientific way. I found a website called consumer lab that actually does lab testing. I’m gonna use them. I want a refund. Contacted support within an hour because it was clear. This app wasn’t what I thought it was no response.

Works poorly and makes you prepay for a year non-refundable

I signed up for this app, it makes you go through an enrollment process before you can scan supplements. Scanning process is very slow, did not recognize more than half of my supplements and they are commonly available at Walmart and other outlets. It will not scan a barcode, Overall a major disappointment. I deleted the Application and canceled but it still charges you for a whole year and it does not even work… beware once you sign up you are committed to paying for a full year and there is no partial refund!

Slow

Very slow website. Takes forever to download. Waste of money.

Prove it

This app is useless . It doesn’t do what it says .

Red Flags

I really want to know if this app works but I just had two red flags right off the bat. Red flag 1) they want me to review their app while answering questions and not having used it yet. Ridiculous. Red Flag 2) As with many newer apps, they want you to pay a subscription before you even know how it performs. No trial? Sorry but too many apps make it literally impossible to cancel should you not like the app. I’m not saying this company does it but the red flags say they just might. Their expensive, we should be able to test it out first… that’s my take.

Info is interesting

I paid for a full year and continue to have issues when opening the app and getting logged in. I get a blank screen and cannot use the app at all.

Prove it

I haven’t got to test anything
You better do better than this or I’ll be gone.

Prove It scanner review

The app is useful and assists in making decisions regarding supplements that will you are going to take or assess if the supplements are going to be beneficial for you.

App error, no customer support

I tried numerous times to add different supplements. ( I take 13) None works. Get the same error. Report it and get generic response. Be warned!

Misleading Claims, Poor Performance, and Zero Actual Data or Lab Analysis of any Supplements

I downloaded Prove It expecting a tool that would help verify supplement quality and provide meaningful information about purity, safety, and efficacy. Instead, I found an app that is extremely slow, unreliable, and lacking the evidence-based analysis it advertises.

The barcode scanner frequently fails to work properly. Most attempts to scan a product result in endless buffering, and when the app does manage to identify a supplement, the success rate seems far below what should be acceptable for a paid or professional-grade service.

More concerning is the lack of transparency behind the ratings. The app promotes itself as a way to determine which supplements are pure and legitimate, yet it does not provide third-party laboratory testing results, certificates of analysis, contaminant screening data, or any verifiable evidence to support its conclusions. Instead, users are presented with a pie chart and numerical ratings that appear disconnected from any disclosed methodology.

If an app is going to rate supplement quality, consumers deserve to see the actual data and testing behind those ratings. Without that information, the scores feel arbitrary and provide little confidence in the conclusions being presented.

Between the constant buffering, unreliable product recognition, and lack of supporting evidence for its claims, this app failed to deliver the transparency and accountability that it promises.

I feel like I was completely ripped off by the fraudulent claims in the apps advertising and I want my money back because it did not provide me with any useful information at all.

I wish I hadn’t spent my money

I paid $70 for the year upfront. I’m feel I wasted my money. The app doesn’t identify half of my supplements. It continues to say it will analyze my stack and just says there is an error every time. I paid $70 for nothing. Don’t waste your money like I did.

Horrible input and base data.

RUN!! Absolutely HORRIBLE for input (no bar code) and for utter lack of base data. I scanned 25 supplement items (from Amazon, Sam's Club, Costco, Walmart, etc.) and the app found less than 10 matches. Their "Analyze" just means
"here are the other 5 or 6 items we have from that manufacturer, is it one of these?" (And the thumbnails they provide are so tiny, you can read the dosage to save your life.) When you say "no", it asks you to take three label photos, it pulls the data from the label (which it does well enough) and then confidently states it will add the product to their database... but does it do that...
NOPE!
Dumps a big long error message (fills half of the screen) and the prompts you to “try again”, and again, and again.
I used the competitor app and it took me less than 20 mins to add 45 items with only 5 items not found; but those 6 items are still listed in my stack, with all relevant data from the label.
I’ve wanted to try “Prove It” app because it claimed to do more (food, cosmetics, optimization of your stack, timing and quality suggestions.)
But it is only accepting 25% - 30% of you intakes, what is the point?!!
Absolute waste of 90 mins of my life.

At not even launching stuck at screen

The app will not launch. It just shows you the icon and stops there. This needs to be fixed.
