Terrible
After months still there is connection problems and they haven’t fixed it yet. You have to wait for a long time to see chat conversations, or sometimes you have to close the app and open it again to see the messages.

Good and could be great.
I would love to give this a five star. Just not possible yet as there or a few things missing.
1. You can’t start a pro active conversation with a visitor
2. You can’t see the referral link that brought them to you.
Those two items would be worth two more stars.
Overall a very good product addition. Just a little bit light weight.

Fully Functional
I rated the one star last month because of technical glitch, which has been fixed in the latest update. If the app stays as expected for another month, I’ll change the rating to 5 stars.
