Was logging in and it says “credentials invalid” even though i entered everything correctly. Kindly fix your app specially on IOS mobile banking cause it’s frustrating.

Can’t register as a new user
I attempted to register as a new user using my debit card, but the registration is not going through. When I enter the card number, the system only allows me to input the first digit.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS APP? I transferred 100 Pesos to my other online bank. It said there was a failure but the 100 was decreased from my account and the other account still didn’t accept any amount and also the transfer fee is expensive for me. I hope I get an explanation regarding this matter. The 100 pesos was not a problem for me the problem is what if other users transfer higher amount than mine and also had the same process where it didn’t transfer but it decreased the bank account’s balance. This matter could ruin the bank’s reputation.

Hi, baka pwede madagdagan ang transaction history, baka pwede ma add yong mga pumapasok na pera hindi lang sana yong withdrawal ang nasa transaction history dapat pati yong mga pumapasok na pera nasa history din para natatrack and for peace of mind
Improve the app because it can’t do anything except checking balance.
I can’t do other things that a usual banking app can do like sending money and paying bills. I can see the current balance if someone sends me money but I can’t even see the transactions.

When I tried logging in, it always says they improving the app and be right back. I also encountered multiple times transferring money but failed, but also deducted the transferred money.

The worst mobile bank ever.. O star. Yung mga trinansfer ko n laging failed tapos nababawasan naman sa balance ko, pero hindi pumapasok sa pinagtransferran ko.. my goodness. Ayusin niyo system niyo.. hindi pang emergency ang bank transfer niyo. Umay… Hanggang ngaun may mga money transfer p rin akong hindi naretrieved..
