Bus tracker unreliable
The bus tracker is presently unreliable since PSTA rolled out the new bus routes. Must use the published schedules to avoid missing scheduled buses.

Unreliable transportation
I have been taking PSTA for roughly 4 years now and I can objectively say is that it is the worst transportation program there is. PSTA has a habit of being incredibly late to pick up clients such as myself (about 90 minutes late per ride schedule) and tend to make you sit in the bus for 2+ hours on what would normally be a 35 minute drive. The only reason I have been taking it for this long was because I had no other options. I highly recommend not taking this transportation program if you have places to be at a specific time. Only use it if you don’t have any other options left.

The times
I have no problem with the app. But, sometimes, I get confused with the pickup times. It says one time on the app itself. Another time on the messages. So, I don't know which time is more accurate. Thank you for your time. Have a good day/night.
Very inaccurate
This app doesn’t track Uber and Lyft very accurately. I’ve had uber drivers sit for 10min before and the app tells me they aren’t even there yet. Update tracking, add a way to tip drivers. That’s my opinion on the app
Add tip option
Easy to use and love that it shows my rides in Lyft/Uber app. Please partner with Lyft/Uber to add the option to add a tip for the driver!
App update doesn’t work
As of the most recent update, I cannot schedule my trips at all. The app says that the trips I want are outside of the designated settings. These are trips that are definitely within the parameters of PSTA Access, and trips that I have taken twice a week for the past six weeks. I also can’t add any notes such as that I want to be picked up at a certain entrance of a building.

Very inaccurate

Difficult to use
I’m speaking from the point of view of a wheelchair user scheduling rides using the app.
This app should allow me to enter an address, or select one from my contacts, for BOTH start and destination locations. Instead you specify one and have to drag a pointer around the map to select the other. Crude and inaccurate and doesn’t appear to be a way to specify a unit or suite number for the address you select on the map. This is probably especially difficult for someone with limited dexterity. It should also drop the assumption you’re leaving now and from the current location. To schedule a ride in advance from a start location other than where you’re currently sitting while scheduling it, is difficult enough that it’s easier to just call and wait on hold 10 minutes to schedule the ride. The recent update has made the app more difficult to use, IMO.

Worst App Ever
This app is useless, especially for the disabled. The app wants you to find your place on the map, we all know this isn’t accurate!! There’s no menu bar?? It’s unusable.
