A new My Activity See your week, month or year at a glance: calories, steps, workouts, miles walked, active minutes, and how many of your challenges you've hit a goal in. Week shows every workout, Month a table for each week, and Year a card for each kind of workout you do. Settings, under your puffin Tap your puffin at the top of the Feed for Settings, or to invite a friend to Puffin'. A tab for your wardrobe Style Puffin' has a tab of its own, so dressing up your puffin is always one tap away. A tidier feed Each workout shows its icon beside the title and how long ago it happened, like "2h ago". Challenge cards say whether the goal is daily, weekly or a total, and show the top four. And the Fall Wardrobe banner can be tucked away with its X. Puffin' on Apple Watch Record a run, walk, ride or any other workout from your wrist, with your heart rate and calories as you go. On a walking pad, run the belt from your watch too. Tap the flag to see where you stand in each of your challenges. Indoor walks On a treadmill? Pick Indoor when you record a walk. Puffin' times it, and when you're done you add the distance or pace and the calories. Replies with a little personality Long-press a workout notification for a couple of replies in Puffin's voice, beside the emoji. Joining late, fairly counted In a challenge's history, the weeks from before someone joined are left blank rather than crossed out, and don't count against them. Walking pads Got a WalkingPad or a UREVO walking pad? Connect it when you start an indoor walk and Puffin' tracks your distance and steps live, straight from the pad. Your workout, always in view While you record, the bar that takes you back to your workout sits above the tabs instead of covering them, and when music is playing too, the Dynamic Island's small circle shows your workout clock. Workout goals, one at a time A challenge that counts workouts shows a segment for each one, so you can see what's done and what's left. A steadier pace While you record, on your iPhone or your watch, your pace updates every 15 seconds instead of flickering every second. Pace when you add a workout Adding a workout by hand, you can now type a pace instead of a distance, and Puffin' works out the other from how long it took. Distance and pace only appear for workouts that have them, so strength training and yoga no longer ask. Longer workouts save first time Adding a workout longer than 30 minutes no longer means changing the start time before Save will work. Syncing that doesn't get stuck If a sync stopped partway, nothing more reached your challenges until you closed Puffin'. Now it gives up after a minute and starts again by itself.
