The app is good. It doesn’t crash, and it looks nice. There are two things that took off two stars from this, though. One is that sometimes the horizontal ads on the bottom of the screen block the button to go to the next set. You have to forge close the app and then start again. The other thing is that it doesn’t get you to be able to do 20 pull-ups. You chose a level for yourself, then you do all the sets for a week or so. The highest FREE level is level five, which is 12-15 pull-ups. Then, level six is 16-20. Level and up aren’t free! The level five workout does not get you to 20 pull-ups, so you have to pay to get to 20 pull-ups. Be mindful when getting this app!!

Program glitch

A required advertising glitch makes the app unusable. The buttons required to submit completion of a stage and to move on to next stage are covered up by an advert on the bottom of the screen.

Advertising App

I realise you have to fund a free app, but having a full screen ad appear several times in a workout that won’t go away until you click it is a bit much.

Pull ups

Simple and fun

Too Hard

I am just starting to work out and I have a home gym with a pull up bar that I wanted to use with this app but it starts way way too hard. I can’t do the first workout day 1 level 1 and I’m no where close to being able to achieve that.

Good app but ads block the buttons

Please fix!

Sound

Why does your app now interrupt my music on my phone when I’m working out?

Ads block content

Run app on airplane mode or ads will cover buttons at bottom of screen. Without those buttons, you can't use app.

Ads cover buttons

The buttons to advance to the next screen are so close to the bottom of the screen they are covered by ads. You can't even do the workout. Buttons need to be moved up higher so not covered by ads.

Спасибо

Отличная программа, правда некоторые дни приходится повторять несколько раз

Ads

This has ads that interrupts your workout

Great app for pull ups

I know there isn't much to pull ups and you could "just do it", but this app helps me keep on track. And I don't have to worry about thinking how many pull ups I'm going to do - it does that work, I do the pull ups. I like that warmup is part of the work out (you could skip) and the idea of push notifications to remind me to do pull ups.
