Sucks!
With all the $$ this company has you would expect that they could make a semi-decent app. The ACH button on the payment tab doesn’t open so I have to go to a desktop to pay a commission invoice?? There seem to always be issues with it. I update the app, try to log in and it tells me I have to update, go to Apps again and it already shows updated! Argh - may just stop using BDC for our listings. So annoying.

App fraco, sempre com bug, uma gigante do setor com um sistema falho desse. Estou há 3 dias tentando acessar o calendário pra ver as reservas e dá erro, já desinstalei e instalei novamente è nada…

Consistent issues with the booking tab not showing bookings. This has been ongoing intermittently for over a year.
Also the filter options on the Home Screen do not persist/save so you have to re-filter every time you open the app

Full of glitches
I’ve used the app for years and it’s not change at all. Messages disappear, I don’t get notifications most of the time, randomly logs out. It’s better to use the website version, although not always possible.

Atendimento demorado, sistema que se desestabiliza frequentemente, e um péssimo sistema de avaliação.
Terrible customer service
The customer service is absolutely horrible for hosts, if you try to write them an email through the app they literally never respond, so if you have any issues or concerns or questions you have nowhere to go, the customer service is absolutely atrocious considering the amount of commission they charge. I would seriously suggest other alternative platforms if it all possible.

Não consigo responder a pergunta do possível hóspede a não ser que o hóspede reserve… Por gentileza, disponibilizar a opção de resposta antes da reserva do local.

EU FIZ O CADASTRO PELO SITE E DEPOIS BAIXEI O APLICATIVO PARA FAZER O ACOMPANHAMENTO E NÃO CONSIGO ENTRAR DE JEITO NEMHUM. MUITA BUROCRACIA E MUITOS ERROS DE SENHAS ETC EU QUERO CANCELAR MEU CADASTRO E ATÉ ISSO ESTÁ SENDO UMA DIFICULDADE. SE EU SOUBESSE QUE ETA ESSE TRANSTORNO NUNCA HAVIA ME CADASTRADO.
