Consistent issues with the booking tab not showing bookings. This has been ongoing intermittently for over a year.
Also the filter options on the Home Screen do not persist/save so you have to re-filter every time you open the app

Full of glitches
I’ve used the app for years and it’s not change at all. Messages disappear, I don’t get notifications most of the time, randomly logs out. It’s better to use the website version, although not always possible.

Atendimento demorado, sistema que se desestabiliza frequentemente, e um péssimo sistema de avaliação.
Terrible customer service
The customer service is absolutely horrible for hosts, if you try to write them an email through the app they literally never respond, so if you have any issues or concerns or questions you have nowhere to go, the customer service is absolutely atrocious considering the amount of commission they charge. I would seriously suggest other alternative platforms if it all possible.

Horrível, estou tentando excluir meu imóvel da locação e ninguém responde, ninguém cancela! A anos não consigo excluir o anúncio

Não consigo responder a pergunta do possível hóspede a não ser que o hóspede reserve… Por gentileza, disponibilizar a opção de resposta antes da reserva do local.

EU FIZ O CADASTRO PELO SITE E DEPOIS BAIXEI O APLICATIVO PARA FAZER O ACOMPANHAMENTO E NÃO CONSIGO ENTRAR DE JEITO NEMHUM. MUITA BUROCRACIA E MUITOS ERROS DE SENHAS ETC EU QUERO CANCELAR MEU CADASTRO E ATÉ ISSO ESTÁ SENDO UMA DIFICULDADE. SE EU SOUBESSE QUE ETA ESSE TRANSTORNO NUNCA HAVIA ME CADASTRADO.

Jako co se to stalo po poslední aktualizaci.
Zprávy neustálé hlásí, že na ně není odpověď a přitom už dávno je zaslána. Najednou chybí šablony v odpovědi... Je nutná okamžitá oprava!!! Takto se s tím nedá vůbec pracovat!!!

Tragedia
Cały czas problemy z aplikacją. Błędy występują w różne momenty i nie można czasami w ogóle skorzystać z aplikacji ani dla podglądu ani dla zmiany
Errors
Not able to use the app at the moment as it is giving me errors and retry option but it is just not working. Also my calendar misteriously closes off wothout any interference. It is a poor client support considering the ever tosing fees.
Where is the Help from Pulse ???
Why is it you can never be able to reach a representative from Pukse or Booking.com to assist you with anything at all ? From questions about your account, setting up your information on the portal, nothing at all !!!
The application is difficult to use
The application is not very user-friendly, and since the latest update on iPhone, the calendar editing page has become unusable.
I am no longer able to make any changes, including updating prices or opening and blocking dates on the calendar. None of these functions work within the app.
At the moment, the only way to modify prices or availability is by logging in through a web browser. The issue appears to affect the mobile application specifically.
I hope this problem can be fixed soon, as it makes managing listings through the app very difficult.

I cannot manage room availability
Room availability function cannot be edited over a month. We offer lower price in low season to guests but we are unable to change it becuase your application's problem. Please quickly fix it.
