I wish our local fire department was part of this app, we live in a high fire area and also a flood prone neighborhood I have asked them and there response was it’s to expensive

Nothing works

No local FDs have shown up on here for weeks and I don’t know why.

Awesome App

I love this app, it tells you in detail what’s going on in the call

Retired

Pulse point adds a dimension to our life’s,

that allows us to be aware of what is happening directly around us and selected locations. The dynamics of being informed is much appreciated.

Sound

Need the scanner back

Was better

Cannot see Falcks calls anymore, and that is the main EMS service provider in this area. So that’s disappointing. Also seeing not all calls are actually showing up for South Metro. So it’s definitely a hit or miss these days.

Pulse point app

This app has not worked in months . Why?

Great App

Easy to use, great tool. Great way to get this information in a clear and concise manner.

Interesting!

I love being able to find out what is going on. Keep
it up!

Simply doesnt work

Thats it thats that review

Where’s all the calls

Not all fire department call come thru this app

A necessity!

Living on hwy 58 we are finding this app absolutely necessity. August alone had three horrifying deaths just between Pleasant Hill and Oakridge. We need to know when the lifeline to HOME is closed, avoided at all costs and use the only way home- Jasper Lowell road. Thank you!

Not Getting Alert Close to Home

For some reason I have not been getting alerts that are near my home. I can hear the siren from my house but nothing comes thru.
Also it doesn’t give me all selections but gives me things I don’t want or need I.e. inter facility transfers.

Still cannot receive CPR alerts- updated 9/1/2026

Back when this was first created, I got alerts for CPR Needed (and responded to one and performed CPR.) However, a few years ago suddenly stopped getting alerts. Multiple queries and fix attempts did not resolve the issue. I keep the app so I can view local EMR responses, but still no CPR alerts. Too bad - I would like to help!

I am real

I am a real firefighter and this is so good for kids to get buffs and more

Benicia

Which there was some coverage of Benicia.

Frequencies

I no longer hear feedback from units because the responses are on different frequencies that are not supported.

Wish to know more

It's a nice alert to avoid the area. Wish I knew what the codes mean. Thanks

Helpful, Easy to Use emergency notification app

I’ve been using PulsePoint for several years now and it works well and it’s easy to configure. Most of the time I get notifications of local emergencies before I hear sirens, so it’s also very fast.

Thank you!!
