I have been using PunchPass for the last 6 months and it has made my coffee experience so much better. Love it!
Apps logs you out and you lose your rewards
The concept is good - I love the idea of not carrying around a loyalty card. However, the app simply log you out and make you lose all your stamps. I’ve lost two coffees I was waiting to redeem and the stamps I’ve collected because of this error. I do not recommend it

Hi, sorry for the frustration. Your stamps are not gone. They are stored on our servers against your account, so nothing is ever deleted. This usually happens when a second account is created by accident, for example signing up with a phone number and later logging in with Apple or Google. The card looks empty, but the stamps and rewards are sitting on the original account. Email support@punchpass.app or call 0468 005 497 and we will get you back into the correct account in a couple of minutes.
