Bad app
Pleaseeeee fix the live capacity tracker it not longer shows and it’s super useful i hate going to the gym without knowing if i will be able to get a solid workout done because there is so many people. Also please can yall add a feature that lets us scan through apple wallet
Awesome Workout Spot
Specifically the location that I go to, no weird vibes, just people working out. Great for all types, none of that fancy “look at me” stuff

Useless App
App gives you no info as to what your membership includes. It will let you add gyms to your clubs but then you arrive and find out you can’t get in, even though your subscription says it covers all eligible gyms. There’s 0 indication of which gyms you’ll be allowed into, leaving you with a not so fun little guessing game as to whether or not the fire-hazard pods will grant you access. Also your app won’t even tell you you don’t have access to that gym when you scan so you have more joy of figuring out whether you’re not eligible or whether their systems are bugging out.

Terrible App
Revert back to the original app. This one is missing 80% of the features and is terrible to navigate. You can’t even see how busy the gym is anymore. Fire whoever signed off on this garbage
NEEDS WORK
Ever since they changed to puregym from blink the app has been a disaster. It needs extensive amount of work done, i’m not sure as to how it even has 4 stars. The app needs a better design, better controls, more accurate display of information (payment history, balance due, etc), amongst other things. Please fix the app as soon as possible!

Please Add Apple Watch Support
The one thing that was nice about Blink is being able to use Apple Watch to scan in. I didn’t even have to bring my phone with me. This has been a step back with PureGym and it would be great if you guys could find a way to bring that functionality back.
Clumsy tech to get in
This app is unreliable as a means of entrance. No personnel around to assist.
Busy percentage
The gym capacity percentage (how busy) no longer works on the app. I deleted and reinstalled and still doesn’t work. That is an important and useful aspect of the app. Fix please.

I had a bad experience with this gym. I was charged money from my account without a clear explanation. When I tried to get help, the customer service did not give me a clear answer. I had to figure it out on my own. I would recommend others to be careful with automatic payments and billing
Subscription
No matter which option you will choose they will always will find an option to steal money from you, first you will have a registration fee, then all of sudden you will have a 60$ annual maintenance fee???? If you want to rip people off just say at the beginning, you have to pay 50$ a month and people will see if they want to join or not, why first make people join then after that introduce fees after they have already have paid a registration fee, this means that you can’t cancel membership because if you want to rejoin you have to pay once more for registration. THIS IS STRAIGHT UP STEALING

Hate the new app
It’s very frustrating since this has been the issue with the new pure gym app. It’s very vague… has no information whatsoever ever to do basic things, whether using the app or the web, same thing … trying to manage my subscription is the same thing… no info on the app… how am I sopposed manage my subscription or access a “pin” or “forgot password” when it won’t even let me ? Just stupid
