The app experience is like it’s vibe coded - or maybe even worse. Have to sit through a full app load then generate a QR codes every time. The design is janky and basic. I toggled gyms and now have an error that keeps popping up and won’t go away so I can’t get back to my home gym. Dire stuff. All the good ratings must be from when it was Blink

They literally don’t have a front desk or customer service number I really wish I checked that before I sign up for this gym

This is a terrible from the start it charges $60 which ks ok cool but when u want to leave and cancel membership it charges you almost 100 to cancel like what . Terrible app just money hungry
App update is so unintuitive
The app used to be okay, now it sucks. When I book a class it goes into some void, there is no place in the update that shows me the classes I have booked! I have to go to “book a class” and scroll until I see the classes I booked, h it not it’s too close to class time it doesn’t show up because it’s not available to book!!! What happened to the schedule tab on the old app!!???
Also where is my membership info???? Why can’t I just see what tier I have and what my benefits are? This is the most useless app on the planet, all it’s good for is scanning in, which is also a problem because just give me a digital card I can add to my digital wallet!!!! This is not a thoughtfully designed app at all!!!

Clunky and old version was better, but it’s getting better
They finally re-added the live tracker for seeing how busy the gym is after it was gone for a long time. It still feels very unpolished but it gets the job done if you’re persistent.
App is as Bad as the Gym
Got a day pass and the gym was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Comical amount of imbalance with cardio machines compared to actual weight training equipment. Everything was in use and required waiting around. The app itself is extremely annoying to navigate. Stay far away from this gym.

Wish there was a more detailed log of my visits instead of seeing a total number of visits for the entire year. Makes it easier to track our gym progress.

There was a few times this app was not working properly and
It took me about 35 minutes to enter the gym.

Watch your visits disappear!
Two times now, ten of my visits have randomly disappeared. Customer service to address this seems to be extremely useless bots.
