Very disappointing. The app advertised a 7-day free trial, but I was charged for a 1-year subscription straight away even after cancelling. The trial information was misleading, and the refund process has been frustrating. Please make the subscription terms clearer.

Streaming abroad was smooth
I’m studying overseas and some of my usual shows are blocked here. Turned this on and was able to access them without too much buffering. Speeds were stable most evenings. Sometimes I switch servers if one feels slow, but overall it’s been reliable for streaming.

All forces you to spend money and trial does not work
Works well on airport WiFi
I travel a lot for work and usually end up on random airport WiFi. I started using this before checking emails or logging into my bank app. It connects pretty quickly and I haven’t had random drops so far. Makes me feel a bit safer when I’m stuck on public networks.

Helpful on shared networks
In my apartment building, the shared network makes me uneasy. I keep this running whenever I’m handling personal stuff. So far it’s been steady and simple to use.

Private Browsing at Home
Even at home I prefer having an extra layer of privacy when browsing. I mainly use it late at night when researching stuff I’d rather keep separate from my main connection. It runs quietly and I haven’t noticed any major slowdowns so far.
Paid for subscription and can’t access the app.
I paid for a one-year subscription but still can’t access the app and login doesn’t work. I contacted customer support, and after keeping me on hold for almost an hour, they still couldn’t figure out how to give me access. They then sent me a policy stating that purchases made through the Apple App Store are non-refundable, even though I haven’t been able to use the subscription paid for even a single second.
Now I have to fight to get my money back for a service I never received. Please be careful before purchasing this app.

Good for late night streaming
Sometimes shows are limited in my area, so I switch locations in the evening. It usually connects within a few tries and the video quality stays steady. I can watch an episode before bed without buffering every minute.
Gaming ping stayed stable
Tried it while playing an online game late at night. I was worried about lag, but the ping stayed consistent. Didn’t notice random spikes like I expected with a VPN running.
Works well in my dorm
Our campus network blocks a lot of sites, so I tried this in my dorm room. Setup was simple and I was online fast. I could access my usual apps and even join video calls without weird drops.

Garbage!! BAIT N SWITCHED
I bought a lifetime license before the name switched and it was good for a couple years then lately the service got lousy, slow speeds, and it does not cover the ip address BUT, they made sure they can make money by selling you what was INITIALLY THERE.
Free trial led to immediate billing
The app presented a free trial option, but I was immediately charged for an annual subscription after activation. Both Apple and support declined refund requests. The pricing and subscription commitment were not clearly communicated at checkout.
