Good for late night streaming
Sometimes shows are limited in my area, so I switch locations in the evening. It usually connects within a few tries and the video quality stays steady. I can watch an episode before bed without buffering every minute.
Gaming ping stayed stable
Tried it while playing an online game late at night. I was worried about lag, but the ping stayed consistent. Didn’t notice random spikes like I expected with a VPN running.
Works well in my dorm
Our campus network blocks a lot of sites, so I tried this in my dorm room. Setup was simple and I was online fast. I could access my usual apps and even join video calls without weird drops.
Helpful on public WiFi
I travel a lot for work and end up using hotel and airport WiFi all the time. I turn this on before checking emails or logging into work accounts. It connects pretty fast and I feel more at ease browsing or sending files when I’m on random networks.

I bought a lifetime license before the name switched and it was good for a couple years then lately the service got lousy, slow speeds, and it does not cover the ip address BUT, they made sure they can make money by selling you what was INITIALLY THERE.
Free trial led to immediate billing
The app presented a free trial option, but I was immediately charged for an annual subscription after activation. Both Apple and support declined refund requests. The pricing and subscription commitment were not clearly communicated at checkout.

Steer clear unless you want a world of pain
In terms of a vpn the app is good however that’s as far as it goes. Having paid for a subscription after 7 days you will asked to purchase again, even if you have paid for a years subscription. Don’t think about seeking help through the app support as they do not reply.
The worst
Avoid at all costs. Also even when you cancel they still charge you and refuse to refund. I have all the emails showing cancellation (this vpn was garbage from day one) and still years later they charge me again and refuse to refund. I’m filing with the BBB and disputing this charge with Amex, no surprise this company is the worst and their all was garbage. Much better options out there

Scam 7-day free trial
It says “7-day free trial” but immediately charges your credit card.

This app said for me to use a 7 day free trial but when I did it took 100$ out of my account. This app is fraudulent and I will sue this company for its wrong doing.

My initial subscription was through the App Store. Every year after renewing automatically through the App Store, I have to contact the company to reactivate my subscription. This year no one responded to my inquiry after two days so I cancelled and went with Nord VPN. I am not happy to have already paid and will likely not receive a refund for the annual subscription already paid.
By the way, I receive an email begging me not to cancel my subscription but not addressing the earlier support request.

Removed my lifetime subscription with my consent
I was an Ivacy VPN customer and had a lifetime subscription. After PureVPN took over, they changed the terms of my lifetime subscription to 5 years and claimed that's standard in the tech industry. In tech industry, a lifetime subscription refers to the lifetime of the product, not 2 years or 5 years. Contacted their support and they said after porting from Ivacy to PureVPN, they removed lifetime subscription customers from being able to renew subscription free of charge. Stay away from this VPN provider and choose something more reputable.

I have requested through app and email to cancel the subscription and delete my account on 20/04/26 and no one has done anything and they charged me for one year subscription fee on 27/04.
Lag, glitch, doesn’t work right
What I said above, doesn’t even do what’s it supposed to do, and has many viruses in this app that contain malware that will attack your phone, caution- stay away!!
