Amazing app for MBBS students

The faculties on this app are phenomenal and can beat other platforms on any given day, and the best part is most teachers teach on smart board and it’s a more immersive experience and you can understand much better. I’ve been using Pw since my neet ug and I’ve never been let down. Seriously the best app out there

Need more work

The app is good but the issue is with notes section i suggest you to add self note option or to download option where i can write some of my point extra which i like to the app notes section is not good i want to write some extra points in it please come with solution

Notes

Please give option to download notes, as some of us prefer to annotate notes on our tablets. Also please fix issues in the notes provided since some words are either misspelled or missing from the notes. Content and teachers are nice but please focus on the notes

Poor app support

Respected tech team,
My app qbank is not working properly after the new update on my iphone 15 pro max, the question is taking 10-15 seconds to load till then only while screen appears, I have tried all the methods told by your on call support executive and also the ones sent to me via email but none of them came to my rescue, with INICET around the corner, i have to keep struggling with the app instead of studying for it, you people are saying that you need time to resolve the issue but i think it will get resolved after exam only.

Downloaded content should be chronologically arranged and completed videos should be updated

Downloaded videos must be subsequently arranged so that one can study one by one after each module in the downloaded section. And after finishing a module in the download section, it should show” completed “ when internet connection restored

Login issue

I am having login issues like the app is freezing when I log out or delete the app and re install it then it is taking like 2 to 3 hrs to login Same issue in mobile also and I updated the app to the latest version and did all the restarting stuff but it is not useful it is becoming hindrance in my prep

Playback Speed Bug – Keyboard Pausing Resets Speed

I’m disappointed with the PW MedEd app. Every time I pause and resume a lecture video using my keyboard, the playback speed resets to 1x—completely ignoring the speed I had set earlier. Interestingly, this issue doesn’t occur when I pause using my headphones or by tapping the screen. This inconsistency is really frustrating, especially when I’m trying to watch lectures at a faster pace for efficiency. I hope the developers can fix this bug soon.

Bugs

This apps doesn’t feel iPad friendly at all. Have of basic features are lacking and it’s difficult to use this app fluently. Kindly look into it. I am having free 3 days demo and I am irritated already so now I am confused whether I should invest in it or not. Teachers are wonderful, no doubts . Please just work and develop the app , it’s a humble request!!!

Can’t access downloaded videos

Everything else seems to work fine but can’t watch downloaded videos either in my IPAD or Iphone…..
Thought the issue would be resolved in a few weeks but still hasn’t been resolved.
Tried contacting through the app but no helpful reply.
Please help.

Need Improvements

App needs hell lot of improvements. Video player should be improved. Video should continue from the same portion incase discontinued somewhere in the middle. Notes option should be added. Infact the whole interface of PW NEET App should be replicated in PW MedEd App too. Related Qbank tab also doesn’t work during lecture. Please work for the improvements. Regards

Very poor experience

Very poor experience. Downloaded lectures are not playing even the notes could not be downloaded. I paid a decent amount of money for the gold plan, but the experience of the app is very bad. Please fix the problem with further updates. Very disappointed from PW. I used PW app for my NEET(UG) preparations, the experience of it was far better than Med ed.

Worst App

I can’t change playback speed with this version in both my iPhone and iPad also I can’t play downloaded video in my iPad (Haven’t tried this on my iPhone,but it will probably not work here also)
I am frustrated watching videos at 1x…tough the lectures from batch section supports playback but one on video tab for neet PG doesn’t support with this update.
Please update it fast and also why did you guys gave help section when there is no one to reply

Technical glitches overshadow academic strength

The app has an array of demerits. Unable to watch the pre recorded video lectures of various subjects , and those videos which can be watched doesn't allow you to change the playback speed. Ver 2.0 notes of all the subjects are still missing and one can not access the related Qbank along side the playing video.
All in all these glitches, tarnish the image of PW as a brand and Alakh Pandey as a renowned educator.

What is the point of downloads

I downloaded the videos so that I could watch when the data connection is slow. But the stupid app doesn’t allow me to watch downloaded videos without data on. Like what do you think a download is for?? It’s for offline viewing. FIX THE APP. We paid for the app, it’s supposed to help us learn. Wasting our time instead 😡😡

Bug/glitch: Can’t access notes

In my ipad air 4 (10th gen) I’m not able to access the notes. For example when I click notes in a ptho lecture…the notes load but gets struck in the first page itself. Not only that it strucks, I CAN’T SCROLL THE NOTES & even the APP IS GETTING FREEZED. I have to delete the app from recent apps then only I can reopen/access the app again

No hard copy notes, not a good app for preparation

Pw’s agent promised hard copy notes while getting subscription, but its been too long no hard copy is available , how do we revise , no one from app wants to listen to problems , no contact no is available just Ai answers question but of no use, telegram group admins just block or restrict our messages if we ask about hardcopy notes , we have paid them 10k for just get blocked for asking for notes , Horrible!

It’s Crashing and gets freezed sometimes

I have been a marrow pro user for a long time, the only recommend I will give is please make UI smooth and light like them.
The only change MedEd needs
Because other platforms stuck freeze and consume a lot of data but marrow is different please make ur UI like them
