Sentera Medicaid Scam
Was called with the caller stating they were apart of Sentera Medicade asking me to verify my name and DOB. When I verified it and they sent me the link to this app first review I saw said scam and informed the caller that since it stated scam I was going to call my insurance and go through it with them. As of 05/21/2025 Sentera has no affiliation with this app. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!!

They called me with a local number claiming to be part of my health insurance telling me that this app is part of a new program. I called my insurance and they told me it was a good thing I called to report this because it’s a scam! In other reviews they claim the representative just isn’t aware of them but they are lying. BY HIPPA LAW IF THEY WERE PART OF MY HEALTH INSURANCE THEY WOULD HAVE HAD TO PUT IN MY HEALTH INSURANCE FILE THAT THEY CONTACTED ME BUT THEY DIDN’T BECAUSE THEY AREN’T REAL ITS A SCAM! DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND CALL YOUR INSURANCE!!!!

Scam alert be well aware
I was highly disappointed when a representative called me saying that this app was going to be useful. I then read some of the app comments and called my insurance provider to ask a few follow up questions in regarding the app. They said that they have no connection with the app what so ever?! I will not be installing, and I hope no one else does as well considering it’s a scam!!!

Poorly done of doubtful use
Somebody called my and requested to install this app. Mind you, poorly written and designed app. I thought it was a required app, so I downloaded it, but the more I went into install process and their documents reading, the more doubtful I became. In short, if you want a useless app on your phone, which leaks your personal data, this is the one. My attempt to contact them and remove all my info ended up with answerring machine.

Molina called me and had me download this. What a sad attempt at “mental health support.” It’s buggy and the developers have no idea how mental health works. I actually laughed at some points because it was so out of touch. Also, WHERE IS MY PET??? Don’t give me a cat and have me name it and then take it away!! WHAT DID YOU DO WITH HIM

Couldn’t login
Hello developers! Login using the code is impossible, autofill does not work and the message with the code disappears instantly. Had to delete the app.
Nice App
I thought the app was a scam at first because it took time for my insurance company agents to know about the app.. at first they didn’t so I deleted the app.. I checked a few months later and they are all aware of their connection with the app! Just because every member doesn’t know YET, doesn’t mean it’s a scam.. also, you don’t have to put all your insurance/information for an account.. I didn’t.. I just gave my number and a different bday and I have full access to the app. It’s really helpful and it’s like a friend rooting me on all the way. Do your research but I’m pretty sure it’s not a scam.. it’s only there to help you. And if you still want the benefits without inputting personal info, go for it :) I did! I love the pet feature. I remember tamagotchi as a kid. I love the fun facts. It’s a sweet app and I can tell who put it together really cares about all aspects of mental health. #Supporter <3

They will get you to download an app and get you to say your name and birthday. They say they are working with your insurance company but it’s all lies. When I tried to call the number back it wouldn’t let me.

I got call from person about this pyx person app stating they work with my insurance aetna I called My insurance with aetna and they said they do not know about this I didn’t download. DO NOT DOWNLOAD IF NOT CONFIRMED.

I don’t think I should of answered any questions about my information or medical insurance. Apple needs to delete this app.

Please be aware that not all representatives with insurance companies are informed of all products and features that the company actually works with and provides. KEEP IN MIND Pyx Health is at no additional cost to any member with or without insurance. It’s really there to help.

I love all of the resources available in the app, but mostly the fact that I can speak to someone if I need to. The Talk to Someone feature, is a life saver.

Issues on day 1 of downloading
I was extremely interested when heard of the app. Downloaded it today, and I got it all set up and right before I could browse around the app, the terms and conditions popped up again and just keeps loading. I’ve accepted both at sign up. Again, after sign up but doesn’t “continue” , killed the app from task manager , and uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted and turned it off and back on. Still nothing. Was looking forward to it…
