Not paying for his card
I’ve been using this app for years now all of a sudden one of the chime cards that I been using on the app is not working! I added a new card and even delete old cards to add them again and it still didn’t work

I tried to pay my fare and there’s truly no way. Apple Pay has disappeared and my card is not working. Apparently the transition to the new app has removed all functionality from this one

Bugs
The app for the most part is great and easy to use. But days like today I’ve tried to buy a ticket and have money in my account but it will constantly give me an error saying unable to pay.
It’s taking the money off my card but not proving me with digital ticket

Broken app?
App login says email or password is incorrect, yet I am able to log in online with the same credentials. Then, the help link takes me to a broken page.
