Please don’t buy from this brand. I strongly urge anyone reading this to stay away. They took my hard-earned money, and their policies seem designed only to frustrate and trap customers. The customer support is absolutely terrible—worse than the worst BPO call center experience. No help, no accountability, just excuses. I’ve wasted ₹11,500 on them, and I regret it deeply. I just ordered something of ₹2800. The payment is made but the order is not showing in the app. I mailed and i called several times on the given CCE number, no response. I believe that my money is gone.

I have ordered my shirt on 8th and on speaking the customer care executive they are just telling me they it has dispatced and neither i have recieved any sms from delivery partner or anything been 15 days now.. acvording them the customer is a fool and they are genius .. when again i contacted them they said bluedart will reattempt today where as there was nt even a single attmpt . I think i hahe lost my parcle money and time . You guys dnt waste your time and money on them …
