We have been using this platform for our organization to incentivize engagement and growth and it has been a game changer. They have made substantial upgrades and improvements over the years and their customer support and service is phenomenal.

It’s slow it won’t load rubbish now
Update ruins it
New update has ruined this, unable to add extra points to post. Unable to scroll through the feed without crashing. Really disappointing.
Horrible update
As a manager of a retail store, our owner chose Qarrot as a way of motivating and incentivizing hard work and recognition for excellence. This new update has taken all the joy out of recognizing my team. It won’t allow me to post more than a sentence of praise and functions very wonky. Very disappointed with the update to say the least.

HORRIBLE UPDATE
The most recent update is the worst, most unappealing thing I have ever opened on my phone. Janky graphics, unable to type a sentence without it glitching, zero streamline, unorganized, scattered, etc etc etc etc. I hope whoever reads this knows how disappointed I am. Do better next time.
