I absolutely love your food. I don’t like to go in and place my order. I like to do it in the app and this is my third time trying to order in the app and it keeps saying verify you’re a human every time you do anything so I verified I was a human probably 50 times and I still couldn’t place the order. Very frustrating.

I love how fresh and light but yet full filled QDOBA is. My first choice for burritos
No sure why the order feature in the app doesn’t work for me
I like QDOBA. However, I’m no sure why the prefer feature in the app doesn’t work for me. I clicked on Order and saw the word Menu. Then there is nothing else.

Love the food and tend to carry out. App is easy to use and allows easy customization
Not utilizing the app
The score is so low because the local QDOBA in my community always has this turned off so that you have to go in to order. Why offer the service if you’re never gonna have it turned on. If you need to staff better, just do it.

Horrible app. Zero support
Had an issue with a reward in the app. You have to fill out a web form and wait days for an automated response. In the meantime my reward expired and there’s no way to chat with anyone. Will never eat here again
No menu. Not functional.
The menu option isn’t populating. I can’t place an order or look.
Does Not Work with iOS 26.6.1
The app has never worked well on my iPhones because I use a VPN and block access to Google products which includes reCaptcha. I was hoping the situation would improve with iOS 26.6.1 but it got worse. Now I cannot even login to my Qdoba account.

The app is annoying because you’re obviously using an app yet they email you the code which means you have to leave the app open your mail and copy and paste the code. They have my phone number. Why can’t they text the code
