Great food but janky rewards
I signed up for the rewards program and tried to redeem the rewards when I ordered a double steak bowl but it kept telling me that i don’t have the right items in my cart which you guys should be more clear on what’s considered an entree for rewards redeem and what’s not.

Ran out of rewards and deals
I had to pay full price for a meal because i couldn’t find any rewards or deals. It was a terrifying experience I am still recovering from to this day.

QDOBA has great food and I love ordering online. It makes pick up easy and feeding my family easy on days. I don’t want to cook. I also love that they include guacamole with your meal.

The Festus location has great people who do a great job
No extra queso option
The one thing I don’t like about the app is not having an option to add extra queso, and having to pay for an extra side of it, when I can get extra queso for free in store.

I HAD A REDEEM FREE CHIPS AND QUESO REWARD IT WAS ONLY VALID TO APPLY WHEN YOU ARE ALREADY GETTING A “FULL SIZED ENTREE” BUT I HAD A BOWL IN MY CHECKOUT CART WHEN I TRIED TO APPLY IT AND IT SAID IT STILL WAS NOT VALID.
