Rip off!
I wanted to experience some basic Qigong to see if it would help me manage my arthritic pain. As soon as I opened the app, it asked for my email address, which I thought was odd, but that it would enable me to see at least an introduction or basic outline of the exercises Qigong involves. However, it doesn’t. Despite having captured my email address and sending me emails flogging their DVDs, I was just offered a series of locked videos, that require £4.99 to open them. I don’t mind paying for an app if I have had a chance to sample what’s on offer. However, I have no idea whether I’ll like the format, type or style of instruction, so am going to delete the app and mark their emails as spam.

Immediate pain relief
These qigong movements really made my hands and fingers feel better. I like that the videos are organized by body part, since I'll probably need to refer to other qigong for my elbows or knees someday. Great deal for high quality video. **Updated app, much smaller file size with streaming videos**
