Damage to my ear
When I have headphones plugged into my phone and open this app, a screeching noise blasts out of the earbud into my ear. It is incredibly painful, and I would prefer to not have to take my headphones out every time I open the app. Otherwise it works fine.

The app is not good
I’m a student worker at Malone university. We have lockers. The app and the lockers are so broken we have to get them looked at and fixed every week. The app is buns and the lockers are buns. I just want to not throw my phone at the wall when using the app but I guess that won’t change.

Unable to sign in/no text field
Not able to sign in on our mobile devices for work. Hasn’t been updated in a month, any fix possible soon?

Update made app stop being able to scan lockers
We have old iPods and the update still works. On an IPhone 6S or 8 it will scan packages, but won’t scan the barcode on lockers at all. Please fix ASAP.

the app was automatically updated on all the ipads/ipods at work and it is the worst update. seems like every time they update their app, it gets worse. It's extremely buggy. It lags and crashes. Haven't updated it yet on my phone and I’m not going to.

needs modern updates
although this app does its job, the ui and general performance of the app is terrible. the ui feels like you are using an app from 2010, when they had just added updates 3 months ago. the most annoying thing is that there is no option to save your password for faster login. you have to scan each package separately unless they belong to the same person. this seems inefficient as you have to repeatedly go through the same steps over and over again. it would be better to add an option where you can scan separate packages and have them all logged into the screen, and then be able to edit them all on the same page. this would be a blessing as it would help lessen the time it takes to scan a large amount of packages. my last complaint will be about the syncing, it is not always the best, and does a window really have to pop up for the syncing??? can’t it just be in the background instead of a huge window popping up?

Very intermittent in scanning, sometimes won't scan at all. This version is impossible to work with. Now the green boxes that show up when scanning, don't. Please push an update.

Mail Services Coordinator
A most have App for any organization. First, great customer services. The app is very friendly to use. You will save $$$$ comparing to other tracking system out there. We use 3 iPad mini on our campus. It makes our work easy because when the student come to our window they can tell us where they package are because they received a picture with their email. Our students body to our staff they love it.
