Glitch in Recent Update
The most recent app update ( June 15, 2026 ) no longer allows me to delete messages / notifications once they have been read. I can swipe left to see the trash bin but when I click on that trash bin, nothing happens.
The message / notification just moves from Unread to Read but it is still there no matter how many times I try to delete it.

Great and useful App
I recently moved into one of their apartments and started using this app. It has made my experience much smoother. I can quickly submit maintenance requests and track updates without any hassle. The bulletin section is also very helpful for staying informed about cultural events and community announcements. It truly serves as a complete platform for residents, bringing everything together in one place.
