Now over complicated
The previous version of this app worked well it was simple, all the data was there to view and for mobile users fast and precise. We would like to revert back to a previous version is that possible?.

The app was great and simple but since the update it is now complicated to find the basic information. Was no need to change the layout. Looking into new tracking systems.
App update is terrible
The old app was easy to use the new one is terrible can’t find the details you need making sending any information to customers about time on site a nightmare. Now looking at other options. Don’t know who they tested the app on but very much doubt was a day to day user
Non functional
Used this tracking system for many years and found it operated well and the app gave us everything we needed. 2024 updates have completely ruined its operation to the extent we are looking elsewhere. Avoid this system if using the app for tracking.

The previous version of the App was faultless. Easy to navigate and quick to find information. Now unnecessarily complicated and requires a lot of clicking and swiping to view information which was previously simple to access. I have been in touch with support and they replied that they would pass the information on. Looking at all the other reviews, everybody feels the same. This is a paid product not a free app therefore it should be useable.

Awful “Upgrade”
Terrible. Since the new upgrade it is not user-friendly at all. Definitely took two steps back.

Old version much better and easy to use.
Updates for the sake of updates…
The previous app worked well, was simple to use, and displayed a list of vehicles and all the information you’d realistically need as soon as you opened it. Now, it’s unnecessarily complicated, doesn’t function well at all, and in some cases even displays two sets of data simultaneously for the one vehicle. A massive step backwards seemingly just for the sake of it. Emailed Support with several issues several days ago and have had no response. If it ain’t broken…

New App
The new app is absolute rubbish! Preferred the old app - so easy to navigate! Now it is too complicated! Bring back the old version!
Put it back please
This was a very great tool. One of our most used tools. Every truck was easy to find. This redesign ruined this app.

Update is terrible
Lost functionality of being able to change between private and business journeys very clunky a bad experience and poorly executed update
Don’t like new update
Preferred the old app, could quickly and easily see all my vehicles and get route information. New version too complex and time consuming for my needs. I use the desktop version for the more in depth stuff, don’t need it in an app.

New app design is similar to the desktop version great new features added but now it’s over complicated.

Doesn’t work
Press the app to start and it does not even launch. Several of us at our business all have the same issue.
Back to crashing again
This app crashes on start up and will not open at all. What on earth are your developers doing? They’re making this app worse, not better. It used to work seamlessly.
