Doesn’t connect
Kind of pointless when the thing will not pair with your iPhone.
Good but spendy refills
Its not rocket science its a bluetooth TENS unit. Cool right?
Definitely helps until you realize it costs about $1 a day to do refills of something that costs them like .30 cents to make probably lol
Please make it so we can just buy refill packs for cheap of the blue gel and put them on to lower costs

Huge help with my below-the-knee neuropathic pain.
My below-the-knee nerve pain has proven to be stronger than relief provided by opioids, Accupuncture, THC, and anti-seizure medicines. When used as an adjunct, this allows a lot of pain relief. Other TENS devices aren’t as effective.
Quell Apple Watch app
Been using tens with MS good
Got Quell which makes tens wearable
But can we please have a Apple Watch app to complete the ensemble

Needs to allow app functionality with apple watch
I love this device and app. Can you please add the ability to use this app through the smart watches, like iwatch.
Luv the quell
Luv the quell!!!! The ap not so much, sleep tracking is nowhere near accurate leg movement is wildly inaccurate & quell ap support is clueless
One feature missing
Would be perfect if it had an Apple Watch app.
Great device but average app
The Quell device is amazing. I have chronic back and neck pain. Using the device helps reduce that pain.
The App is functional.

Great app
Easy to use, great functionalities. However would wish the device to be a bit less app driven.
Life Saver
I have suffered severe lumbar back pain for well over 20 years. Three back surgeries, numerous steroid injections, physical therapy, ablation and countless OTC medications all with little relief. Pain clinics prescribed narcotics (Percocet, fentanyl patches, and currently morphine). Physicians reluctantly prescribing narcotics out of fear to losing their license. Death was a thought. Then I was introduced to Quell and my world changed. My daily morphine intake has been reduced significantly and I am able to do things again. Thank God for this device.

Redesign the Dashboard and Tracking
The app works great during and in-between therapy. Two suggestions: 1) separate the “Start-Stop” and intensity functions to prevent inadvertently stopping the session while trying to change intensity; and 2) the series of questions asked each new day should include the previous day’s score to make it easy to compare since the number ratings are relative.

Bye Bye Pain!
I’ve had my Quell for three full weeks now and I’m impressed. Before Quell, I had chronic sciatic and IT Band pain. Add to that I was taking prescription meds and OTC’s just trying to get through the day and night. Since purchasing, my pain levels have gone from 7-10 levels to 0-1 and without the need for ANY medicine! My app works great, as well. If I have one complaint, it is the electrodes. Not sure what needs to be done to improve them, but I’m struggling to get 14 days worth of use from each band.

Pain relief
I gave this four stars since it does assist in pain relief. I love it because it helps with chronic pain. I recommend you give it a try, too.
Refinement needed
The app is beautiful but the functionality and practical application is flawed in the following ways:
1.) the sleep tracking is an unoptimized ‘tech-alpha’ at best and needs to work seamlessly with a set-and-go functionality; as it stands the sleep tracker does not work well
2.) there needs to be an emergency override in the app
3.) performing tasks, I.e. rating pain or adjusting actual sleep hours should be allowable regardless of which section in app you’re at; and added features of manually adjusting/recording - also, “rate pain now” - tracking daily is one thing, tracking dynamic patterns is something else entirely and needs to be incorporated
4.) needs polished. This is 2018 and the app feels and functions like a tech alpha product

Neat tracking options
App allows you to track sleep, position, pain and activity. I’m excited to use it. After two days, no change in pain, but they say it takes a while to see difference. It kept me up last night each time it turned on, but may just have to get used to it and adjust settings.
No Health integration?
I am one of the enormously fortunate chronic pain sufferers for whom the Quell has made a tremendous difference. The app is a great tool, with a pain diary, sleep and activity tracking, and therapy controls. I’m surprised there is no integration with Health, though. Please consider adding that functionality for us.

Love it
But I sure do wish there was an iwatch app
Version 2.3.1 broke app
I had flawless use of the app until the last update version 2.3.1. Now the app rarely connects to the device and it crashes multiple times a day. I am on an iPhone 6splus iOS11.0.3
When I start the app it tries to connect and rarely does; it just keeps trying. On the occasions it does connect it often crashes during use. Please fix it or go back to the old version.

Love the device, app is frustrating
My account disappeared completely 3 times and I had to create it again each time. App frequently logs me out. Even after the most recent update. Device works fantastic for chronic pain management, but the app needs a serious overhaul.
App needs tweaking
The app takes far too long to load. The device turns on and before I can adjust the intensity level, it feels like I’m in an electric chair. Almost makes the device unusable.
