Lost 8lbs in 3.5 weeks

I was quite skeptical at first but it’s worth it satiety was a concept I was not familiar with but now I’m never feeling hungry on my diets. Brilliant I lost 8lbs in 3.5weeks

If I could give it zero stars I would.

The app has no direction, the only suggested meals are 100% meat with no veggies or fiber, yet every time I made a recipe I got feedback that I needed more fiber. The app had no way to get back into the meals I had logged, and when I input a recipe from their suggested recipes into my log, it came back giving me completely different macros than it lists on the recipe, even when I put in the exact same info as provided. This was a complete waste of money. DONT DO IT.

complaint

please include a section about eating disorders as someone who has ARFID. Also I didn’t even have the money to pay for it, atleast do a smaller version for free?

Doesn’t give you enough direction

There’s little to no direction about what you can/ can’t eat. There’s only suggested meals which didn’t really work for me as for the first 3 days there was only 5/6 meat options for every single meal. Not particularly easy to navigate. Ended up getting frustrated and giving up not even half way through.

Not as promising as it looked

The app is very limited. I can’t change it into metric system, the calories count can’t be modified (some of the things he reads in a picture are wrong) i can’t save the recipes which shouldn’t be a big deal I’ve subscribed for a year and that’s a mistake on my behalf i hope you improve the app the concept is promising but the app is a joke
