WORST app. Cannot create an account and you cannot use this app. So what’s the use?

Apparently I can’t create an user name And I don’t know my birth date?
Not easy to use
There are two apps from Quest Diagnostics. The one to check-in doesn’t allow you to create a new account. So, I used the other app to create an account. The check-in app says it uses existing login info, but it won’t, no matter how many times I try.
Date of birth
Starts at 2009, able to change date one month at a time, have to tap 840 times to get to my birthdate. Really stupid.
