You put in your phone number and it says it will send an SMS number but they never arrive so you cannot use the app
Broken again
Great app when it works but currently not working on IPhone 15 version app. Fails to update and just a white screen. Error code displayed.
App worked great
I couldn’t manage to book in their website as it showed permanently full. I got the app and no problems booked straight away and very easy to use
Nothing but trouble!
First time I used it it kept freezing so I ended up ringing the hotel. Next time I entered my mobile number and click on ‘begin’…. Nothing happens 🙄🙄 I give up!
Doesn’t open
I read the other reviews and thought ‘how bad can it be’. It doesn’t even get to the splash screen - just a blank white page with occasional ’syncing’ messages. No idea why quest are promoting in their hotels an app that just doesn’t work.
This is now fixed. The app works adequately now. The main issue is that it takes $1 from your account when you book. If you subsequently cancel the booking that $1 is not refunded. So basically you pay $1 for each booking even if you never stay.

Excellent easy way to book
It is easy to book and keeps your credit card on file. I like the feature of having two credit cards, personal and business, and it’s also great to get airpoints for bookings. I’m using the app now all the time.
Seems to continually sync!
Like other reviewers the web site is diabolical so I was hoping the app would make life easy, unfortunately no! So back to the web site. Great accommodation- poor booking technology
Even worse than the website
I didn’t think it was possible for a booking process to be worse than the quest website but this is. They are generally such a great hotel to stay in, but the booking process is so difficult unless you use booking.com and forgo the airports.
Profile save
Every time I try and save my profile it says “oops, something went wrong while trying to save your profile” pretty annoying.
Can’t get past sign in
I am getting the code but each time it is invalid. So have not been able to do anything
