This is the worst. Nothing loads. I open an option account, THE OPTION CHAIN DOESNT LOAD. I go to buy a stock. THE STOCK DOESNT LOAD. My wifi is GOOD. Their system is HORRIBLE. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM

Tried the promotion for 300 dollars which didn’t work. I deposited 10 dollars for it to go to nowhere

Opened an account, deposited $20. An hour later my money is gone.
Many glitches
The app has many blank important fields (eg daily gain/loss, cash balance) that renders account monitoring useless, though trading functions work. I have to go to your other app frequently- it’s annoying.
Great App
People are hating on this app for no reason in my opinion. I’ve been using Questrade since 2018 now and have nothing bad to say. Amazing customer service and easy to use app.

Horrible onboarding experience, broken links, and useless support. Moving to competitors.
Zero stars if possible. I registered via their official promotional link for a $100 sign-up bonus, but their system failed to apply the code during the process. When the payout deadline passed and I contacted customer service, they hit me with the classic corporate excuse: “It’s your fault, you didn’t enter the code, and we can’t add it afterward.”
The support is an absolute joke. You can only reach them during business hours, and I had to waste over an hour of my workday waiting in live chat just to get gaslit by an agent. In the end, they offered a pathetic $50 "goodwill rebate" instead of fixing their own system's glitch.
The mobile app itself is clumsy, laggy, and deeply unintuitive compared to other modern platforms in Canada. If they treat new clients like garbage over a basic entry bonus, I can’t trust them with my actual investment portfolio.
I am withdrawing my deposit and closing my accounts immediately. Don’t waste your time with Questrade.
